### 3/5 — When deleting or changing times or does

*2025-05-30, version 2.5.1*

When deleting a mediation it leaves the list but when you go to print list it is still there.
Where changing doses and times - it does it to the list but when you print the list it show shows both entries.

### 3/5 — I like the app but…

*2023-09-12*

What happened to the website where you could print out your medication list? I can no longer find it! I first heard about the website after my last kidney transplant and it was great! I prefer the website to the app for printing because it was much easier for me to use! I know you can print from the app too but it is more difficult me!

### 3/5 — I love it, but…

*2022-08-27, version 2.4.9*

It takes longer to load than any other app I’ve used. I close it, and reopen but it’s still stuck loading.

I use it every day, and I appreciate it immensely, but the super slow speed is a buzzkill.

### 2/5 — Use to be great

*2022-05-18, version 2.4.8*

I’m not sure why they messed with it about half a year back, but it’s terribly glitchy. Use to notification pop up, I could click and it was recorded. Now notification pops up and it HAS to open the app and isn’t even in the proper time. I have to scroll up to hit the proper time of medication.

### 3/5 — Great app...but

*2022-03-06*

The ‘but’ is for the touchy slider switches. If I don’t hit it just right, it either just goes back to being un-slid or shows me the detail of the med. it usually takes a couple of tries to actually slide the switch and select it as taken. Other than that, this is a highly useful app.

Update: I used this app for years and was even impressed that they ultimately corrected the issue with the touchy slider switches. I had to stop using this app when it stopped doing all I needed it to do (a reminder every 10 days to take one medication). When I contacted the developer, they confirmed it wouldn’t do what I needed and I was offered no workaround or hope that this might change.

I found that my phone’s calendar app could do this so I thought this response was lame. Not wanting to have two apps giving me pill reminders, I found another app that can handle all of my dosing requirements. Downgrading my stars and switching.

### 2/5 — What Happened to the Flexible Snooze

*2022-01-27, version 2.4.2*

I used to love this app. The thing I loved the most was its flexible snooze feature. Some rocket scientist thought it would be an improvement if they got rid of the ability to let the user decide how long they want to snooze a reminder. I’m tired of being annoyed by too many reminders and am looking for alternatives.

### 2/5 — Used to be great

*2022-01-20, version 2.4.0*

Now the app is SO slow and doesn’t easily show meds’ stop dates.

### 5/5 — Tremendous … displays on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch

*2022-01-11*

Very flexible and VERY PERSISTENT … a medical specialist can access with your permission. If there is a “con” it is hard to understand sync between iPhone and iPad (Apple Watch and iPhone are perfect). The double reminders is annoying at worst BUT if you edit meds on a device (iPhone or iPad) the changes are in sync. It is the best med management assistant since the AM/PM Daily Pill boxes. I love it!!!

### 4/5 — Nice app

*2021-08-08, version 1.7.4*

I wish I could go back and put in meds I took but did not have access to my phone. Once the next day hits you can not add that you took a pill.

It would also be nice to set a medicine with times and NOT set an alarm. I just want a medicine list. I don’t need/want reminders

### 3/5 — No option to set time

*2021-04-21, version 1.7.4*

There is no option to set take time to the evening or bedtime on 8:00am. Certain meds I take in the evening and just before I go to bed I have no option in this. Please fix and let the taker decide the time.

### 5/5 — Best App!

*2021-02-15, version 1.7.4*

Overall best application to keep track of my meds!

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2020-09-05, version 1.7.4*

Much easier to use than other med apps. My kidney transplant team sent my med list into app and I didn’t have to add anything myself.

### 2/5 — Not reliable

*2020-06-30, version 1.7.4*

I downloaded this app to make sure I would never miss a dose. It’s great. When it works. However one missed dose for my meds is a huge deal. Lately this app has been missing alerts, and this includes the initial alert as well as the two follow ups. I like the app otherwise, but I’ll need something else. Reliability is key.

### 5/5 — Needs imrovement

*2020-06-24, version 1.7.4*

I just wrote a whole long review about not being able to mark a med as taken... You can. Swipe right to mark it as taken, swipe left to snooze or skip. Good to know!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Omg It died

*2025-03-08, version 2.5.1*

I can no longer get this app on my iPad. It just goes in a loop getting no where.. The AI help is useless. They want to sell to businesses. I am not a business. It use to work.. I☠️what happened? I miss you😿

### 1/5 — The app used to be great but now it doesn't work

*2022-11-20, version 2.4.9*

The app used to be great. Used to be free and have lots of perks. From reminders to printing out a list of yours meds. But now when I try to load the app# it says "Saving. Do not quit." And it stays on that for hours. I have tried to offload the app and reload it to the same thing. Please fix!

### 1/5 — Can’t even open the app

*2022-10-17, version 2.4.9*

I’ve had this app for a while now. It was nice to have a list of my meds when needed as well as keeping updated if there were any changes made. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. All I get is a blue screen with the words “Saving. Do not quit.” at the top when opening. I’ve tried re downloading a bunch of times to no prevail. Can no longer use it with my iPhone.

### 1/5 — Malfunction before I could get started

*2022-07-15, version 2.4.9*

As soon as I put in my email and password, the app went blank and no matter what I did, including restarting my iPad, it wouldn’t work.😤

### 1/5 — What the…?

*2022-01-15, version 2.4.0*

I have used this app since I got a transplant over a year ago and LOVED it. But now after this last update, I HATE it. It’s awful. Nothing is the same. I don’t know what you did, but I wish you’d put it back. I’m gonna be looking for a different way to do my meds.

### 1/5 — Not dependable

*2021-07-09, version 1.7.4*

My son was just transplanted and this seemed like the best app our hospital could've ever used. However, it's crashed and not been working for two days making it extremely undependable in my eyes.

### 1/5 — Awful app. Can’t even sign up!

*2019-11-12, version 1.7.2*

Can’t sign up no matter what. Crappy developers.

### 1/5 — Waste of Time

*2019-06-07, version 1.7.2*

Have to fill in info to register but then there is no active button to submit, just an inactive Next Button. Who are the IT idiots who can’t get things this this right? I hate having my time wasted.

### 1/5 — Very unhappy!

*2019-01-31, version 1.7.0*

I used to use it the med schedule mobile. It had a place you could enter your test results like blood counts and follow the ups and downs for years. Well, they closed that app!!! And recommend this one! What a joke!!!! This version does not have the record section. It is not compatible to iPad. I have my test results going back 7 years on that app and now can’t use it!

### 1/5 — I liked the old version better.

*2019-01-23, version 1.7.0*

The old version was easier to use. This is a mess

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Wish iWatch App

*2026-03-25, version 2.5.4*

I have been using this for 10 months. It works great with my phone and it connects to my watch as long I am within a short distance from my phone. i wish they offer a watch version.

### 5/5 — Truly great

*2026-01-02*

Great service as is. Would really love it more if sound notifications were available. I’m not always looking at my phone and have come close to missing doses as I was not notified until I looked at the app. Makes me nervous at missing timed doses.

### 5/5 — Made my complex meds regimen simple

*2025-02-20*

I am on a boatload of meds. I take them 4 times a day. It's a complex dosing that needs to be kept on schedule. It's relentless w reminders and that makes it so EASY.

When the doctors office asked for updated meds I simply email it to them and it's done.

The only issue is if you forget to log taking your meds you can't go back to a previous day. Not that big a deal.

### 5/5 — Good app

*2024-08-22, version 2.4.13*

Find the app very easy to use.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2024-06-04, version 2.4.13*

Love this app

### 5/5 — Only app I recommend for my patients!

*2024-05-21*

As a transplant pharmacist, this is the only app I recommend to my patients to keep track of their meds. The daily view screen that displays meds by the time their due makes is so easy for my patients to track when their meds are due throughout the day. The med reminders are also perfect for helping my patients stay on track with their medication adherence. All my patients love it!

### 5/5 — Easy to use, helps me take my meds on schedule

*2024-05-19*

I tried some of the other apps but they had so many functions and they confused more than they assisted. This app is to easy use and keeps me on schedule taking my meds.

### 5/5 — This app is so easy to use

*2023-04-25*

I have been using this app for a few years. It’s so easy to use and has really helped me take my meds on time. Kudos to the persons who developed this app. You understand what a pill burden is from a patients perspective.

### 5/5 — Favorite app

*2023-01-24*

I tried multiple different medication reminder applications and this was my favorite. It is simple and straight to the point, and also gives great information but each medication without over loading you with info. I love how it recognizes what each medication looks like, and the different settings it gives when adjusting your doses. I had to contact customer service because I deleted my account and wanted to restart it. They were very helpful, I highly recommend this app! Even if it’s just one medication, it is helpful and easy!

### 5/5 — Greatest App Ever

*2022-01-21*

This app is the most helpful aide for keeping track of all my husbands meds. When we have printed out a list for his doctors they wanted to know all about it since they were so impressed with the format. The newest update has made it even better with the ability to make “all taken” with one click. This is a must have if you take numerous medications throughout the day.
