I can’t look up after visit summaries. It keeps telling me that the page that I’m trying to locate can’t be found for me, my husband, and my children. Notifications don’t go away after you’ve read them. It’s not user-friendly. It really is a pain when you’re trying to find medical history for your child and it’s impossible to find. It almost makes me want to stop going to Mercy altogether just because of the app. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. ### 2/5 — 2FA is a mess *2025-05-08, version 2.3.5* There is no way to remember my device or add a 2FA code to my password manager so every single time I open the app, I have to send a text code. ### 3/5 — Not upgrade for better. *2025-05-07* This is not upgraded to be better or user-friendly. Doesn’t show your payments immediately. It waits until insurance has approved which takes a long time. Not easy to link your other accounts and doesn’t show your other accounts. You have to go all the way out in order to pull up links for UAMS or Baptist etc.. hopefully it gets better and I can upgrade my rating to 5. The old mercy app was better. ### 3/5 — Can’t mark all as read *2025-04-01* I’m a chronic patient over 7 years in treatment. I need a way to mark all messages and test results as “read” so that I’m only seeing new alerts. Please make this enhancement! I miss new alerts, results and messages because I don’t have time to go back seven years to mark them all. ### 1/5 — Not an update *2025-02-27* This new app is not the best! It doesn’t tell me when I get a message until a day or two after. This is not an update. I missed an important update from my doctor. Also, I have my family members on the app, I used to get notifications of my proxy having a message, this time there is nothing that indicates who got a message so I have to search through my msgs and my proxy’s to see. Please FIX this! ### 2/5 — Previous app much better *2025-02-12, version 2.3.2* Really dislike the new version and don’t know why people find the need to ‘fix’ something that wasn’t broken. What exactly is new/updated other than the annoying need to enter a security code each time log in? I get it, better security, but can’t you ask once and then have the option to chose ‘trusted device’ like with 2FA on iPhone, Gmail, etc? ### 1/5 — Does nothing the original app doesn’t already do better *2025-02-11* Requires 2FA at every login with no option to change. I was advised that I can disable 2FA, which seems to imply you can disable it for this app, but what they mean is that you can disable 2FA on your entire account, and I’m not interested in doing that. Among other issues… if I send a message on the MyMercy website, MyMercy+ alerts me that I have a new message in my account… yeah… the message *I* sent. I really hope they don’t get rid of the original app. **Developer response:** Multi-factor authentication (2FA) is optional and can be turned on or off in Settings. From the Menu, go to Settings and then Two Factor Authentication. If you click on any option it just cycles and never connects.
