This was my 2nd time at Houston Methodist, and all I can say is how wonderful it was. The staff has treated me with much kindness, professionalism, and care. The process up till surgery, and even after recovering, demonstrated how above and beyond the staff went. I’m grateful for how well the surgery went thanks to the surgeon and other staff. During recovery, nurses checked frequently to ensure all was going well. I was well taken care of from start to finish. Overall, Houston Methodist exceeded my expectations. I have sent numerous messages to who I thought was Dr Yaltho‘s nurse, and it goes to medical records. I am totally frustrated using this app, and whenever I call, I go through the directories and push number four for the nurse and it says it is not a valid.
