This week bas not been updated since Wednesday. I’ve tried closing out the app, reinstalling and no change. I don’t see any way to contact the app’s customer service to get this resolved. I’m hoping this changes soon so I can get back to tracking my progress. ### 2/5 — Inconsistent *2026-01-09* I like the app when it works. However it has stopped updating the classes I’ve taken in January. I’ve logged out several times and it hasn’t added any classes this week. I don’t want to subscribe if the free version doesn’t work. ### 2/5 — Nothing is updating beyond 12.15 *2025-12-28, version 2.1.1* Nothing in the app is updating past 12.15.25. I do have the most current version ### 3/5 — Love the app but I can’t subscribe *2025-12-17* Being a data nerd I really like this app. My complaint is that I am unable to subscribe to the premium features. The button to subscribe is always grayed out whenever I check. ### 2/5 — Historical data not loading *2025-10-21* Great idea for an app but not working in practice for me. When doing the initial load, it has all My workouts, calorie and splat data, but none of my tread, rower or heart rate data. I signed up for premium thinking it would solve this but it did not. The workout I took AFTER connecting shows the data, but I don’t really want to start my analysis without my first two years of progression to measure against. If there’s a way to fix this I’d easily rate this 5 stars. **Developer response:** Did you happen to install this in the last few days? If so, there was an issue with several services Orangetheory uses and they were returning empty records. Please remove/uninstall the app and reinstall. It cached those empty records more than likely. ### 4/5 — Data *2025-01-25* I recently came across this app and like it’s capabilities. I was hoping that there was an option to do a data dump into an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis. Is this an option, and if so, how do I go about downloading all of my Orangetheory data utilizing this app? **Developer response:** Thanks for the review! The latest version, 2.0.7, offers some initial export options. Will be adding additional data to the exports in future releases. ### 4/5 — Great app! *2024-12-13* Have been looking for something like this, replaces my clunky excel! Only bummer is it doesn’t count the classes where you didn’t wear an OTF heart rate monitor, so the class count is wrong if you ever have forgotten to wear it. I understand the metrics for those classes aren’t available, but would be great to at least see it as taken! **Developer response:** Thanks for the review! The next release will have class statistics (class count, coach, studio, type, date/time, etc) based off booking data, so should check that box on your wish list! ### 3/5 — Not updating *2024-10-11* The app has finally been fixed. Only updating to 3 stars, since it took 4 months for this app to update, which is ridiculous. I love this app usually, but I just noticed my classes haven’t updated since the end of June. I refreshed, I logged out and back in, and it’s still not updating. Fix this please! I love this app, but I’ve noticed recently it seems the Brag Board summary counts are way over counting my class totals. Other areas of the app show my correct total, but the Brag Board area is off by about 200 classes. I have logged out and back in, deleted the app and reinstalled with no luck in fixing this issue. It doesn’t seem to be the class date as shown in the Orangetheory Fitness app. What date is showing in the data dump and where is it coming from? I very much enjoy this app as I get closer to my 2000th class at OTF. It’s fun to see how many studios I’ve visited or how many coaches I’ve had. But, randomly, a couple weeks ago it stopped counting. I reinstalled the app and now my class count is 0, and not updating. Weird. **Developer response:** Hello, sorry for the issues.
