## What is MyMilk Journey?

MyMilk Journey keeps one honest record of your expressed breast milk: what you produced, what your baby drank, and what is actually left. The app tracks both sides and shows you the balance. If you are pumping, the number that matters is whether your stock is going up or down.

 LOGGING THAT TAKES SECONDS
 • Quick-volume buttons for the amounts you actually use
 • Production, feeding and loss each get their own log
 • Direct breastfeeding recorded in minutes, on either side
 • Formula milk kept in its own column, so it never distorts your supply figures
 • Optional notes on any entry

ONE CHART THAT MAKES SENSE
 • Production above the line, consumption and loss below it
 • Running balance drawn across the top, from your very first entry
 • Day, 7-day, 30-day, 90-day and all-time views
 • Totals, daily averages and session counts at a glance

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
 • Stored on your iPhone and backed up to your own iCloud
 • Survives a lost or replaced phone
 • Export every log to CSV, import it back
 • No account, no sign-up, no server, no ads, no tracking
 • The developer cannot see your data. There is nowhere for it to go

 PREMIUM FEATURE
 • It unlocks more than one baby to work with at the same time and
 • Co-parenting with others to fill in the data
 • Share your baby data to co-care giver or families because the journey will be more meaningful together
 • Everything added to Premium later is included
 • One-time payment only for forever

MyMilk Journey is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device. It gives no medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to your doctor or paediatricians about feeding decisions.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.5.2 — 2026-09-20

Bug fixes

### 2.5.1 — 2026-09-15

- Bug fixes and stability improvements

### 2.5 — 2026-09-08

• MyMilk Journey now has Premium feature to make the journey more enjoyable
 • One baby, kept to yourself, is free forever. Logging, editing, importing and exporting all work exactly as they did. If you track one baby, nothing has been taken away from you.
 • Premium is one payment, not a subscription. It unlocks more than one baby of your own, and sharing a baby with the other parent, a grandparent or a carer, and everything added to Premium later is included.
 • If you already track more than one baby, you choose one to go on using for free. The rest stay on your iPhone, still readable, and you can still save them out as a CSV. Nothing is ever deleted for not paying.

### 2.1.1 — 2026-09-07

1. Known bug fixes
2. Several stability improvements

### 2.1 — 2026-09-06

Share a baby's records with the other parent.

• BABIES — every record now belongs to a named baby, with its own birthday and colour. Add as many as you need; the log, the charts and the CSV exports never mix them.

• SHARING — invite the other parent, a grandparent or a carer to one baby, by the email or phone number their Apple ID uses. They see that baby only, never your others.

• THREE LEVELS — View only can read the log and export a CSV. Can edit adds, edits and deletes records. Parent can also rename the baby and import a CSV.

• Only you can invite anyone, change what they may do, or remove them.

Everything still lives in your own iCloud account. No accounts, no login, no server, and the developer still has no access to your data.

Your existing records are kept, and move to your first baby automatically when you update.
