I enter all stay details and payment information, but then the payment button does not work. Unfortunately, the app has failed to update my membership tier or credit the points earned from my booking. This lack of functionality negates the primary benefit of using the app for booking accommodations. The promised discounts and perks associated with higher membership tiers were a key factor in my decision to use the app. However, the app's inability to accurately track and update membership status renders these benefits inaccessible. Until the developers address these issues and ensure the accurate tracking of membership status and points, I cannot recommend using the My Millennium app for booking accommodations. ### 1/5 — Yet another step backwards *2025-01-02, version 2.5.7* Another update to add bugs. The only hotel app that I’ve used that never works which pushes me to use other hotels. Millennium hotels have gone from preferred to last resort. Then it still tells me I’m not recognised so every time I make a booking I have to do it as a guest then when I add my email it recognises me as a member. Tried the P on the roof top pool bar. Nice location can’t wait to see the other locations in the hotel. Food came from ‘masterchef’ fabulous canapés can’t wait to try the food. Love this location. I’ve been using this app for years and sometimes payments work, most of the time not. Today I booked a stay successfully, then tried booking the same hotel at different dates, and it failed (repeatedly). This happens very often.
