I wish I could review the app but it’s just a blank page. There’s nothing there.

Poorly built app, don’t waste your time

Take a two minute review ... only it doesn’t let me. It doesn’t remember my log in either. But it does send me irritating emails. I don’t find it helpful.

In creating my account, I was asked a series of questions to answer whether I after or strongly disagree. Rather than setting a slider between these two, there is a blank text box with a default value of 5.5. Absolutely no explanation as to how to fill out this section.

The calming videos and atmosphere of the interface of this app makes the use even easier and more pleasant. 
I find it’s very helpful for mindfulness, for releasing stress, and for bringing your self back to reality in a kind and caring way. You learn to appreciate and trust your self more and more with each exercise you use in the app, and there are different types of activities to interact with that I find are a great tool to use.
