It worked at one time, a little janky, but now it doesn’t work at all. Home screen doesn’t load, just the logo, and then fade to blue.

Each time I attempt to login to the app, in the upper portion of the landing page, I am nagged to update the app "App update available". I click on Update now and nothing happens (iOS 16.2). 🤨 The only way to actually view my account is to click at the bottom of the page where it says, "New to MMI? See our services"; I'm not new to MMI! 🤷🏽‍♀️

After upgrading to iOS 16 I am no longer able to use/see my information information.  As other have reported, once opened I can only see a blue background.

Great company. They helped negotiate a better interest rate for my credit accounts, but this app does not work. Whenever I try to log in, a modal pops up asking me to upgrade the app. Which I then reinstalled, only to be met with the same error.

Please reply when this issue has been fixed. Until then, I'll continue to use the website to monitor my accounts.

The actual app definitely could use an upgrade. I sometimes could not log in and some links wouldn’t work. Aside from the app, the actual mmi program has helped me out so much with my debt. The employees are also super helpful. I would have given it a five if the app worked well.
