Once email is sent, I receive auto reply that message needs to be sent in the app for security reasons. So I have no way of contacting Vialto team. ### 1/5 — Pretty awful app for a company that can afford to do much better *2025-04-24* As an Experience Design executive, I can hardly imagine how a company with the global reach of Vialto can justify producing such a uniformly awful user experience. I strongly suggest they review both their digital product strategy and their design team’s abilities, provided they even have a design team. If they don’t have top-quality designers, then that should be their first priority. I wouldn’t use this product, but it’s the only option available as a Vialto client. The poor experience tarnishes their brand, and it’s making me question whether I should be doing business with a different firm. ### 1/5 — Very user unfriendly App *2025-03-11, version 11.1* Not an App that is quick and easy to use. This feature however rarely works. The app is so incredibly slow, doesn’t always save progress and is clumsy to access documents. When completing the calendar manually, it often bugs and won’t let you continue, especially on travel days. The app doesn’t match the high standard of professionalism that I experience from their staff.
