### 3/5 — Android phone vs iPad

*2026-07-01, version 1.22.3*

My android phone is retaining all of the readings. My iPad does pick them all up. I have contacted customer service and have been told. I need to uninstall the app from my android phone and reinstall it. That worked, but I don’t wanna have to do that every single time I checked my blood. My husband has an iPhone and he doesn’t have this issue. Please fix this bug.

### 4/5 — Umständlicher Anmeldeprozess

*2026-05-29, version 1.21.0*

### 2/5 — Ok for readings only

*2026-05-27, version 1.21.0*

The Keto Mojo is fine for readings but totally useless for historical data or graphing. Graphs only go out for about a week and I cannot change the duration. Six months or a year would be useful!

### 5/5 — This app makes a difference!

*2026-05-25, version 1.21.0*

Knowing what my numbers are gives me such an advantage! Instead of guessing, I have information at my fingertips.

### 5/5 — My Mojo Health keeps me updated on where I need to be for success! I can add other info in the notes

*2026-05-24, version 1.21.0*

I love it!!!

### 3/5 — Learning curve

*2026-05-20, version 1.21.0*

Still learning how it works it doesn’t automatically stay in sync with the phone and learning all about how to make that happen

### 2/5 — Woefully inaccurate

*2026-05-11, version 1.21.0*

The glucose monitoring strips are highly inaccurate compared to the gold standard devices that are out there just this morning. My fasting blood glucose was 85 using the Contour next device while the Moto blood glucose strip measured 106, which would put me in the prediabetic range. Makes me wonder about their ketone strips.

### 2/5 — Very cumbersome

*2026-04-30, version 1.21.0*

This is a very cumbersome product to use on all levels. Can’t wait to have a better product on online soon.

### 5/5 — Efficient

*2026-04-22, version 1.21.0*

I am very happy. I know if I am in ketosis or not.

### 2/5 — What Does It Mean?

*2026-04-20, version 1.21.0*

It doesn’t appear that the app is to connecting to the meter in real time. The app shows results of my test a few hours later. Why?
Due to all of their information to read being so microscopic, I haven’t been able to find out what “Out of Ketosis” means and how to fix that. I had to search the internet *eye roll*, which didn’t give any real help. “Cut down on your carbs” yet I’m not consuming any carbs. Steak twice a day with water…all day. Go to consuming water only? Maybe cut out the daily 10-minutes of walking and 10-minutes of trampoline. *growling*
Since I’m gently losing weight and not feeling hungry between meals/zero snacking…which I count as a miracle…I’m just testing to make my doctor happy.
Oh, and the testing strip packets, are super tough to tear open. Must’ve fashioned it after Ft. Knox’s security.
Aldo, I suggest you obtain a Sherlock Holmes size magnifying glass for reading everything…because even possible blood sugar issues don’t affect one’s vision…ever…right?

### 5/5 — Best tool ever for my health

*2026-04-16, version 1.21.0*

So thankful for this meter helping to keep me healthy

### 5/5 — Sugestion

*2026-04-07, version 1.20.0*

The app is glitchy . I get an error massage every time do the data synch between iPhone and instrument. Also, I would suggest that when the units for the ketones and glucose are the same (mmol/dl) the graph could be more informative if both axis have the same scale.

### 4/5 — First impression review

*2026-04-05, version 1.20.0*

Easy to use. So far so good. First time user.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t read in app

*2026-08-18, version 1.23.1*

The first reading I had was the only one that showed up in the app. I have to manually add all the others

### 1/5 — Frustrating

*2026-07-22, version 1.22.3*

Unable to sync with correct dates even though my dates are correct, once they sync it gives months ago dates and I can’t correct or edit them.
It tells me there’s 4 readings synced but only shows the first one I uploaded.
Tried the help features but no success.
Returning!

### 1/5 — Bunch of issues

*2026-05-31, version 1.21.0*

Shows empty apple health pop up and unable to turn off apple health. Bugs. Keeps prompting to join some community. No setting to opt out of the nagging. No way to report a bug without FB messenger. Assumes a ketogenic diet for some reason.

### 1/5 — Readings accuracy in doubt

*2026-05-27, version 1.21.0*

This monitor consistently shows glucose readings in the 90s. An Abbott Precision Xtra shows them in the 70s. Both can’t be true. I also use a Walmart ReliOn device that’s closer to the Abbott one.

### 1/5 — Inconsistent Reading

*2026-05-22, version 1.21.0*

I have purchased this device to track my ketones during regular extended and intermittent fasting periods and my most recent reading was not uploaded to from the app and the app claimed that it was from the future and ignored it.

### 1/5 — Dysfunctional Apple Health Sync

*2026-05-08, version 1.21.0*

Syncing glucose with Apple Health doesn’t work, reaching to support didn’t help, they just ghosted after couple of emails.

### 1/5 — Bad

*2026-03-31, version 1.20.0*

Does not sync. Garbage!

### 1/5 — PLEASE MAKE IPAD COMPATIBLE!! Really bad UX

*2026-03-29, version 1.19.1*

DEVELOPERS…. It takes a simple flip of a switch to make it ipad compatible. Your iphone view looks very kindergarten. Can’t see graphs or history.

### 1/5 — Device is not the best

*2026-03-29, version 1.19.1*

The batteries are drained very fast and need replacing every two or three uses, Identify the stripe by color is difficult for an old user

### 1/5 — Glitching

*2026-03-29, version 1.19.1*

Cannot connect for more team a few minutes. Never been able to access dashboard.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Pretty easy

*2026-08-17, version 1.23.1*

This app and the entire device is pretty darn easy to use straight out of the box. I don’t know how accurate it is, not saying it’s inaccurate, easy to use

### 5/5 — Really easy and good readings

*2026-08-06, version 1.23.0*

I recommend highly

### 5/5 — Focus

*2026-07-15, version 1.22.3*

I really enjoy seeing the two readings. It helps me to put myself in the right focus with the readings I receive towards my diet.

### 5/5 — My time to make a Decision

*2026-07-13, version 1.22.3*

I am ex alcoholic, & an addict , also sugar addicted so I’m treating my condition like a desease. Ik predictable statement, However, I am pre diabetic, and discovered that with out fail, soon as I put poison in my body there is a phenomenon of cravings that kicks maybe not as dramatically as the other substances. Still relevant to affect my self esteem, quality of life, so if I am going to be successful I need to be honest with myself so i admit complete defeat and moving to the keto side lol but I just checked my ketones 0.8 I started 0.2 went up and down but easily correlate with my choice of food. My blood sugar post workout is 5.9 that must be the cortisol. I put chicken in the oven , I got some veg , I had a bullet proof coffee this morning and a table spoon of olive oil, MCT oil and butter in my coffee I been doing this for my second week more on then off but hick up is just that a hiccup . I went through mood swings get mad at my partner. So I said you eat your carbs I am not going to eat like that today . Just for today peeps you have a blessed day much love and respect 😎🤗✊🏾❤️

### 5/5 — A perfect device

*2026-07-06, version 1.22.3*

It is very helpful and keeps information ready to use and review your blood and ketones levels which is very helpful and useful and easy to understand

### 5/5 — Helps with menopause

*2026-06-25, version 1.22.3*

I am so grateful for this and the mojo device. I gained 20 pounds after menopause and things to Dr BOZ. I have been able to lose 20 pounds by tracking my ketones.. This is a game changer.

### 5/5 — Excellent tool

*2026-06-13, version 1.22.1*

It tells the truth about our choices and helps get into a focused intentional plan for well being and weight loss performance and sustainability!

### 5/5 — Simply best

*2026-06-02, version 1.21.0*

My keto-mojo keeps me in track. Help me to visualize and see my glucose and ketones and see how I am doing methodically. But also the app and the newsletter have a TON of helpful information.

### 5/5 — Subscription

*2026-06-01, version 1.21.0*

Paying for this subscription for this app is insane after buying the mojo!

### 5/5 — Love my ketomojo!

*2026-05-30, version 1.21.0*

I’m very happy with my Keto-Mojo meter. It’s easy to use, provides fast and reliable readings, and has helped me better understand how food, fasting, and exercise affect my ketone and glucose levels. While I’m not always in ketosis, the meter is a great source of motivation. If I eat something I shouldn’t and see that I’m out of ketosis, it encourages me to get back on track quickly and helps keep my willpower in check. It has been a valuable tool on my health journey.
