I dont know why but I see my funds and the transaction with over 45 confirmations but it still shows my balance in ‘pending’ stage and i cant find any support.

iOS version 1.3.9でログインできなくなり、サポートにメールを送ると1〜2週間でアップデートされると連絡があったが、2ヶ月ほど経っても問題は解決されず、なぜ公式サイトにこの問題を記載していないか聞くと、5人しかこの問題は起こっていないとの返答があったが、全く信じられない。入金してた分を返して欲しい。とんでもないアプリなので要注意。

We have a large user base, and this issue is currently only impacting 5 people, including yourself. So it wouldn’t make sense for us to place warnings on our website.

Having said that, we don’t deprioritize this matter simply because it only impacts a small amount of people.

Our latest release did correct a portion of the issue.

Please delete and reinstall your app to ensure it updates correctly.
Just ensure you have your mnemonic seed on hand, so that you can log back into your wallet.

The next update will be available soon.

Не советую пользоваться этим приложением. Деньги в безопаности, но! Показывает баганные транзакции, иногда может показывать несуществующие транзакции как будто ктото вывел ваши деньги. Иногда при отправке пишет что вы отправили все свои деньги. Если не хотите раньше времени посидеть лучше найти другие альтернативы

At first, it felt very safe holding $5,200 worth of Monero as of 6/2/2024 in my Monero wallet. Until I wanted to use some. It keeps saying “You need to import wallet first” when I would attempt to send any amount, anywhere. How can you import someone else’s wallet into yours? So then I tried importing another Monero friendly wallet and sent to myself. Again, still saying I needed to do what I already did. Now, when I open the app, it asks for my password. I give it, and the app instantly shuts down.  Please help me with this developers. Otherwise this will be considered theft. Because that’s what it looks like it is.

Ich nutze das Wallet bereits seit 5 Jahren und kann die teils schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Mag sein das es mal eine App Version gab, die etwas rumgezickt hat (keine Ahnung) aber im Grunde ist es eine tolle, sichere und einfache App. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und nutze zusätzlich auch die Desktop Version auf dem Laptop. Sendegebühren sind auch günstig. Schlichtweg kann man nicht meckern. Eindeutig Empfehlenswert!

I was honestly really skeptical of this app becuuse of some of these
reviews but i had absolutely no problems using this app/wallet it's one of
the few XMR wallets for I0S and i'd say it's definitely the best, sometimes
simplicity is just better. I was a little worried when my transuctions
where on pending for 30min + but they always came through and went
out in no more than 45min. The fees are also super cheap and the support
team/website is great. I suspect these bad reviews are ether fake or the
issues are caused by user error. I always recommend just testing with u
small amount of Monero first to see if everything goes good then you can
send and receive as much as you want if it goes well. Good app 5 stars.
