No follow ups, you submit a request no one tries to help you, just robotic answers. I don’t recommend them at all. How can we trust them with our money if they never reply or solve an issue we have with our accounts

Worst compliance team ever seen. Unprofessional, unreasonable. You need to send them a selfie via WhatsApp to verify your phone number, not using a dedicated platform for KYC. Biggest joke i ever experienced..
