分中心MyMOOC是自主开发的基于多终端访问的开放式网络课程平台，提供数字化课程建设、课程教学、题库建设、网络组卷、在线考试、统计管理等功能，集课程组织、发布、存储和应用于一体，同时为学习者提供了自由选课、在线学习、实时交互、学习分析等功能，具有多学科、多机构联合，基于学习者意愿，能够有效增强学习者学习意愿与技巧等特点。
用户可以通过web端访问平台，也可以通过移动APP进行访问，使随时随地的泛在学习成为可能，另外平台可调用国家数字化学习资源中心数字化学习资源，便于教师定制、丰富教学内容，为学生提供个性化教学服务。
