Please try again later so therefore I have no ability to use the watch. ### 1/5 — Spent all the money on this product and yet I cannot create an account *2024-10-12, version 1.4.0* Really frustrating when I spend hundreds of dollars on a product for my son’s birthday and then spend time to download the app and I cannot create an account. I keep receiving an error, ‘something went wrong, try again later’. When later, it’s been hours now and I still cannot create an account. My son wanted to use it to on his birthday but instead it’s packed away in a drawer waiting for customer support to get back to me so I can get it started. Not a great start 🤨 ### 1/5 — NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT *2024-10-09, version 1.4.0* I recently brought the Moochies Odyessy for my sons Birthday. I was able to download the APP and bind my phone to the watch and add both my husbands and my phone numbers. I have not been able to access the APP since, and it’s been over a week. I can call my son, but when he calls me, my iPhone does not ring at all. I’ve sent multiple emails to customer support, but no one reply’s, they also don’t have a customer support contact number to call anyone. In my opinion, don’t waste your hard earned cash buying a product that has no customer support at all, but they claim they do. They will also keep taking your monthly fee from your nominated card even though it says “No Lock in Contracts” cancel anytime. This Company is a Scam. ### 1/5 — This is terrible- both watch and app *2024-09-13, version 1.4.0* We’ve been trying to work this watch for 4 months and not had one successful call. The connect watch won’t make it the whole day especially when class time schedules is set. From registering then activating to having a working watch it took two days. When mobile phones can be activated in minutes this process takes far too long.
