In fact I signed up to register and nothing has happened… wouldn’t bother downloading this. So, upon log-in, instead of a password it offers you a one-time-code emailed to you, this code never arrives to you though, so good luck. Then you’re offered to sign in with the password, click on that option, somehow, the password I’ve always used for the website and app, suddenly isn’t ‘recognised’. So, I go to ‘reset password’ and it says to expect an email with a reset link.. yeah, you guessed it, the email didn’t arrive. Tried the website too and it’s the same palaver. I JUST WANT TO SETTLE MY AGREEMENT FOR GOD SAKE 😭 ### 1/5 — Load Of Rubbish *2025-10-08, version 1.0* Well done on ruining a decent App, won’t bother using it and will just use the website. You can’t even sign into to it, because when you look at the email on your phone to input the passcode it defaults back to entering your email again? It just goes on and on like this, Who seriously put this out? Amateurs. Glad I’ve only got a year left to Pay as won’t be getting a loan off this company again with an App like this? ### 1/5 — New App Registration Does not work *2025-10-06, version 1.0* I have downloaded the new app and the registration process has failed. Aldo I am trying several times do payment via money manager and it does not work either. I will hold the money till these issues are resolved as I don’t want to be sending money to some scammers… Thank you for looking into this. ### 1/5 — Why introduce a new App when it isn’t ready and has less features than the previous version. *2025-10-05, version 1.0* To register, you need to enter your agreement number which is something you get once you log in, but I cant log in because I don’t have the agreement number. The reason for online accounts is so I don’t need to have hundreds of letters stored somewhere. Brainless move from a poorly run business. If they needed to update their systems, then create accounts for your clients rather than asking them to do your work for you. ### 1/5 — Turned on spam! *2025-10-05, version 1.0* They have brought out this new app and automatically you’re opted into their spam. No emails sent for account details after request. Also doesn't let you choose 'forgot password' option. App does not recognise my email, log into details, account numbers and verification codes. despite checking my details are correct with customer services. Even the advisor could not get to root of problem. Constantly get ‘service unavailable’ page. Have done everything possible and advised. Downloaded app many times. Re-registered etc nothing works ! A poor app. ### 1/5 — Awkward *2026-03-06, version 1.0* I have a finance agreement with Motonovo. I downloaded the app so I can be in control. However when logging in on my phone I have to have two devices to log in. I fill in the email address part then it sends a code so I have to leave the page for my email. Got the code try to log back in but the code is valid only for the previous attempt. So it is a vicious cycle without success. There’s another motonovo app that has a black icon. That one opens a web page which emails a code, tells me I’m already signed in, but the app still isn’t signed in. Absolutely useless. It’s the worse ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Great improvement *2025-10-07, version 1.0* A welcome upgrade to the old app. Makes me want to use it more to check my agreement and payment status. ### 3/5 — Simple and easy to set up *2025-10-26, version 1.0* Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about saying you get your agreement number when you log in… the email quite clearly states the agreement number is on your welcome pack which was sent via email so a quick search of “agreement number” in your email will give it to you. Reading obviously isn’t their forte 🫠. Anyway quite easy to set up through the website and to log in. All info is there and readily available. 3 star as only just downloaded.
