I’ve encountered repeated technical issues when trying to make extra payments towards my car finance. I’ve used multiple devices (phone, laptop, and computer) and followed the necessary steps, including authorizing payments via my bank app. However, every time I return to the MotoNovo webpage, it either fails to display properly or doesn’t allow me to proceed. I even deleted and reinstalled the app, hoping this would help, but the issues persist. I’ve tried on different days, with no success. The app also frequently crashes upon login, which adds to the frustration. This experience makes me feel like MotoNovo Finance purposefully creates these roadblocks to discourage early repayment and maximize the interest they earn. It’s unacceptable for a finance company to have such an unreliable platform. I’ve had enough and will not continue to struggle with a system that clearly doesn’t work. Payment takes forever to proceed 99% of the time never does and I’ll have to resort to the direct debit. Previous review did state an issue with app crashing whilst trying to log in. I resolved this by deleting the app and installing in case anyone has this issue going forward. ### 5/5 — Not sure what the negative feedback is all about *2021-12-21* Seen a lot of negative feedback and reviews and not really sure why. Very useful (when working) to keep an eye on payments and balance etc. Currently no use at all as it hasn’t been working for a week or so. Edit. A simple uninstall/reinstall has fixed it. I’m not going to give a bad rating but unfortunately I haven’t had the chance to try it. I resolved the problem by deleting the app and reinstalling it. Problem solved. I’ve tried to do this on the website but nothing seems to be happening.
