App is super easy to use - daily check ins are front and center which makes it simple to maintain as a daily practice! The score is also a great tool to learn more about my habits and how I can move forward to better myself.

I know I have habits and attitudes/moods I want to change. I wanted to be able to change my mindset at times. I have tried a few apps but they were just too much:  demanded too much time/input, suggestions weren’t practical, lessons were too deep-therapy-ish. MyMQ asks simple but powerful questions, has manageable daily prompts and check-ins, and frankly it just works. It’s not to heavy, it just gently prompts and guides.
