This problem is a big deal in the age of “paperless billing” where I must have online access to view and pay my bill. ### 2/5 — App down!! *2023-09-11* Something is wrong with this app. I have tried to login and as soon as I do, the app closes. I have also changed my password to see if that helped, but it didn’t. Now I can’t open the app anymore. Glad y’all fixed the minor bugs, but fixing the minor ones doesn’t matter when the major ones prevent the entire thing from working. I type in my username and password, and then, I wait indefinitely for it to log me in. Spoiler alert! It never logs me in. The app just crashes. I thought apps were supposed to be a more convenient way to access accounts instead of accessing via the internet. Not this one! Love this app usually because it makes paying my electric bill easy, but I can’t love it when it doesn’t even let me log in! This is the second month in a row MTE!! I will change my review when I can access my account via this app. ### 1/5 — Is there a bug? *2023-08-29, version 23.3.0* Literally what is wrong with this app? It doesn’t work. I have to delete and redownload the app in order to run it, it will only run once upon redownload, then it will bug out and I have to delete and download again. ### 4/5 — Log-in issues *2023-06-28, version 3.18.1* Haven’t been able to log in to the app for the last month, even though I have my pw auto input and Face ID set up. It fails to recognize your face and logs you out randomly, forcing you to sign in the difficult way and change your password. It even deletes your account number from the first block upon completing all three from the “can’t access your account” option. I called to address the issues with the app and my inquiry was immediately dismissed as if it were on my end. In conclusion, this app is the worst. ### 1/5 — Sign In Issues *2023-02-15, version 3.17* This app does not allow me to sign in with facial recognition. Every time I am randomly logged out I need to hit the can’t access your account tab and go through an inconvenient sign in process. This app is not easy and not user friendly; even with a update. ### 1/5 — App *2023-01-15, version 3.16* Sorry excuse for a payment app. Simply don’t understand why I should have to sign to pay you my monthly bill.
