They asked me to reach out to my bank app (OPay ) which I did and it was confirmed that the money already left my bank app to the bank app they provided. Yet after providing them with every necessary information and details regarding this issue. Nothing has been done yet. MTN it's either you refund my money or you credit my line the data stop using network issues to steal people's money, this is not the first time this is happening with me, I let the other one slide but | won't this time.
