This app really needs a lot of work. Even the zamtel app now performs better. I have a lot of frustrations which I can’t write on this platform ### 1/5 — Worst App *2024-02-09* This app is pathetic very bad and outdated User Interface it’s unresponsive, very Slow and takes too much time to load.It requires sign in every time you want to use the app and then says unauthorized user even if you enter your details correctly. It is so frustrating seeing such a big company failing to produce a quality app for its customers. Don’t waste your time in downloading because the app literally doesn’t work as well as it should. It’s so inconvenient. ### 1/5 — Honestly terrible and fraudulent *2024-02-09* So I downloaded the app in order to use it to buy data because we can’t buy the 10gb data bundle anywhere except the app but for some reason the app barely functions!!! Sometimes I can’t even login and what’s worse is I sent money to someone using the app and my account was deducted but the person never received the money!! I want my money back you frauds!!! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-01-30* So I downloaded the app to use for mobile money etc but when I key in my “MTN” mobile number the app tells me “please enter a valid mobile number” Clearly MTN has not updated their new number sequences 0761 to their app. ### 1/5 — Please Fix This App *2023-10-06, version 1.0.0* How many times am I going to verify my number before I can use the app. This is now becoming annoying, I already verified my number when I was setting up the first time but now I’ve been asked to verify my number again at least 5 times in just a week.
