Can’t even pay a bill online because it keeps glitching.

This app never works. App also shows a complete different account # than the one that appears on my paper bill.

Can’t understand how they put out this application it does not seem ready at all. So many annoying glitches.

Just go to the website to review and pay your bill. The app is not user friendly in its design. Will delete app.

App is extremely buggy, there is no option to go back a screen on a lot of the pages. There is no place to insert your phone number for the bill notification and I was not sent an email about my bill. When paying your bill there is no option on which invoice you will pay, there needs to be an option to manually type one in if it does not appear on the selectable ones.
