These issues negatively impact usability and should be resolved. The app needs to be completely overhauled. ### 1/5 — Absolute worst *2026-06-27, version 3.4.46* Absolute worst app. You can’t even see what has been processed. If it occasionally does load, it doesn’t sort by correct family members. Always shows loading and get stuck for minutes. Even though I select In-Network filter during clinic search, the results shown are out of network. Which is very frustrating in addition to to poor app performance. There is no schedule of benefits neither ability to chose provers or hospitals near by.
