Please add Ipad version in a future. ### 2/5 — Upgrade this app please! *2025-08-05* I’ve been using this app with my new probe set, and I’m really disappointed. I keep waiting for an upgrade, but nothing has come yet! ### 2/5 — probe and clamp kit *2025-07-10, version 2.0.3* works good just the superheat and sub cooling values are backwards i had my high side clamp on liquid line and h.p. probe on the liquid line and it said s.h. but ik it’s sub cool and i have never seen high side on the left and low side on the right ### 1/5 — Badly Needs An Upgrade *2025-05-18* Paid $430 for the smart probes and this app nor the probes will display SuperHeat or Subcooling. In addition you cannot see the temp probes and the gauges at the same time. You have to select one tool at a time and then manually switch back and forth. I wouldn’t have released this product until these bugs were solved. I’m returning my probes and going somewhere else. I’d suggest the same if you like efficiency. Good Luck. Log in issues , can’t create an account because of a “ wrong “ code that is actually correct but the app won’t let you , this app is so far behind from TESTI, FIELDPIECE AND MY QHVAC that their cool tools are not worthy as of now on 3/14/2025. Come here again next year and maybe they will fix their app , these kind of developers don’t care so GL for you navac users. I would have loved to switch from testo to navac but not until they fix their buggy app . ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-08-19* Absolute garbage app. You have to click on everything 10 times for it to register and even then, good luck! It'll probably take you to the wrong thing. It also keeps measuring my vacuum in "Pa" instead of microns. That's useless to me. Fix this garbage app ! I’m spending thousands on your gear ,the least you can do is put out a proper app, these probes are useless without out it ! Low and high side clamps are reading incorrectly and this app is NOT intuitive at all , get with the 21st century already!! 28 year vet of HVAC industry here ! ### 1/5 — NAVAC probes *2026-05-02* I’ve had the pressure probes and psychrometer for over three months now and I have gotten a lot of issues with them first off one of my probes on my Novak app keeps connecting as a micron gauge and it doesn’t let me pair them all the way up. I also don’t like how the psychrometer don’t show Delta T. ### 1/5 — Updated Review *2026-03-02, version 2.0.8* I’ll admit, I was very hesitant to buy this gauge set given all the critical reviews of the app. However, I think enough time has passed between those reviews and now for NAVAC to update and fix the common issues a lot of people were having. Using the app with the probe set is an excellent alternative to using standard hose gauges. The app does everything I need it to. Sup cool, super heat and both the high and the low side all on the same page. On top of that you can record the data for a little timeline if you want. Not sure what this app was like before, but I’d say any of the complaints that you read like I have are now inaccurate and haven’t been updated. * Since the review above, I’ve been having issues getting my low pressure probe to connect to the app correctly. Every time it connects to the app, it’s red as a vacuum gauge, and this is not the case.NAVAC, fix this issue!! ### 1/5 — Please update software *2025-11-11* Great product, great software design and feel. The firmware updates for tools hardly ever work and will update one probe but not the other.. The addition of Superheat and Subcool is a game changer. Early issues seem to be fixed, and their tech support is top-notch if you do run into a snag. And the lack of auto calculation for super heat and sub cooling. All in all it is a good concept, but if I had to choose an app interface, I would use Measure quick or fieldpiece app over this even Testos ( even though their probes are junk) I can never seem to connect more than three or four devices before I always get the scream device authentication fail, failed and have to reconnect constantly ### 2/5 — Can’t log on *2026-07-01* When the app is working it does a decent job. However, I’ve been trying to logon for 2 days now and can’t, it keeps telling me I have the wrong phone number format and after trying several times and with my email I still can’t get on.
