Don’t download until it’s fixed!!! Update: two weeks later still isn’t fixed still can’t use it! Haven’t even heard anything from whoever’s in charge of running it. Guess it says enough. ### 1/5 — Scumming VPN company *2020-05-08* Just paid one year service, but can not use. Want my money back. ### 1/5 — ⚠️ WARNING: Will keep taking your money *2020-03-05* This company doesn’t give any option for stopping the automatic renewal payment anywhere on their website or the app. They say “go to settings” but when you go to settings there is no such option. They don’t have live chat support like most vpn companies and the only way to contact the support is to write an email. I did so, but I haven’t received any reply!!!! ### 1/5 — Doesnt work *2019-04-10* I just bought three-months‘ vip, but after upgrade, my vip privilege is expired. None even replied my email！！！！！！！ ### 1/5 — ⚠️ HORRIBLE APP - DON’T TRUST ⚠️ *2019-01-29, version 1.0.3* Downloaded this thinking it would be great, but seriously disappointed. I’d give it zero stars if that was possible. - Horrible UI and UX that looks like it was designed by a 2 year old on Microsoft Paint - Horrible translation that looks like Google Translate, but worse! - Their customer service is a Gmail address. They can’t even bother to get their own domain? - Super slow servers that never connect. - They don’t offer IKEv2, just UDP and TCP Wouldn’t trust this VPN with watching a video on YouTube, never mind accessing bank sites and inputting secure passwords. STAY CLEAR AND DON’T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!!! ### 4/5 — I have two iphone *2020-05-06* Cant change ID. It doesnt work. Plz take care that.
