While it’s good to have the source handy, that’s not what this app is for. This app is meant to be a quick reference guide. In particular, the dress uniforms replace the ribbon wear details with a link. Those kind of small details are what we need to be able to check quickly. Scrolling through the entire original instruction is not quick. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-10-19, version 2.1* I’ve downloaded this app three times and it gets stuck on the disclaimer page and says “Loading”. I’ve used this for 5 minutes and the various reference and requirements answer all my questions. ### 3/5 — Not all the info needed is here *2020-12-01, version 3.0* This app does not have a section for pregnancy uniforms. So you have to download another app just get that information. It makes sense to have all uniform matters inside the uniform app. Also if you try to use the feedback option it doesn’t work. ### 3/5 — More information needed *2018-08-20, version 2.0* It pulls its information straight from NPC, which is fine, however, there is still detailed information missing (ie, blousing of boots and the how-to, location of blousing straps, etc.). That’s was the first instruction I went to on the app so that’s all I’m pulling from for now. Other than that, it’s a good quick reference for sailors. Keep up the good work. ### 3/5 — App Not Updated/Feedback Function Broken *2018-01-15, version 1.0* App is not updated to the latest NAVADMIN 310/17 which includes some TYPE III guidance. Also it has not been updated to match the early roll out from NEXCOM. Last the feedback function inside the app will not allow for the feedback to be submitted. Overall this could be made into a full uniform regs function but it is better than nothing I guess. ### 3/5 — Includes only NWU Type III *2017-10-05, version 1.0* Could be updated to carry all uniform regulations. Also, on settings tab, app freezes if “Reminders” is selected. Also, it is not clear just as why this feature is included in an app that is about uniforms. ### 2/5 — Out of date *2026-04-07, version 6.1* Uniform policy changes pretty rapidly. The authorized footwear list is incorrect and I’m not seeing any reference to 2POCs which are pretty widely worn now. ### 2/5 — Effort needed *2021-04-12, version 3.0* Missing information. And when you request feedback the app errors out. Missed the Mark by a mile with this one.
