Only reason I gave it is a 2 star is it’s all good only after you can login. There is always an issue with logging into the app. I know I’m putting in the correct password details and after trying a few times it finally logs in. Please Fix this bug. It was nice not waiting in line. Try turning off your VPN if you have one to use it though didn’t let me in until I turned it off. Unless they’ve done some updates to the app after the reviews. I have a company vehicle where the registration expired while it was in the shop waiting for parts. After I had my inspection done, I waited 24 hours, downloaded the app, clicked on vehicle registration and the entire automated system guided me through. I had to pay property tax and for the expired registration but again the automated system on the app guided me through the process. Took 3 minutes and I was done. Now anytime I need to do this again, the app already has my info saved so even less time to complete. Some are complaining about the $3 charge that they add to do the registration on the app. Honestly, by the time I drive to the tag office, DMV and wait in line forever, I think anyone would agree that it’s worth it. ### 5/5 — Where has this app been all my life!! *2023-01-25* Well done developers!!! I absolutely love the “chat” type feature that lets me update my registration, pay taxes, change my license address. I never write app reviews but I feel compelled because the online process to do these things used to be painful. The app is just awesome!!!
