My experience has been seamless and smooth, my lease, bill history, and if i have a question they have a messaging feature that works the same as an email. Neat stuff, yeah since nothing is perfect 4.5/5 stars ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE DONT COME LIVE WITH MYND *2026-06-12, version 6.0.2* they added on a $80 fee JUST TO PAY THE RENT. so on top of $2000 you want $80 just so i can pay it. never living with them again ### 1/5 — Customer “Support” *2026-06-09, version 6.0.2* Called to ask about the app being down and they just said “ya idk” but they literally won’t complete any requests outside of this app. Make your app work so your residents can actually request service you scumlords ### 1/5 — App is garbage. Fees are everywhere *2026-06-03, version 6.0.2* The app is designed horribly. They charge numerous fees for tons of unnecessary services. They force you to use ConService (which you have to pay to use), they then consolidate all of your utilities into the platform and then give you billbacks. So you get completely unpredictable bills at random times that are never issued consistently. ### 1/5 — Horrendous app and company *2026-05-29, version 6.0.2* AI first slop, app does not work, auto pay is broken, documents don’t load. The support people know this, acknowledge it, and it never gets fixed. They’ll close your tickets without ever responding, and truly know nothing about the property you are moving to. Run away from anywhere that uses this terrible app and company. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-05-27, version 6.0.2* It’s not hard to make a good user UX especially when this is the primary way of communicating with the landlord. Obviously, no effort was put into this pile of trash. Simple messages get lost behind 5 different screens. They just added new fees for ACH in new update against lease policy to force autopay. Greedy with no effort. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-04-15, version 6.0.1* Every time I try to open a message I get a red box that says I don’t have access to see what it says. I seem to only be able to message through an ai bot that won’t give me the answers I’m looking for. I’ve requested assistance through the chat multiple times and there’s no response of help. ### 1/5 — Horrible company *2026-03-05* The call agents are rude asf and try to be funny . When the house you’re renting is in horrible condition. They get you with the “not worried about credit “ because the houses are in terrible condition. The mynd company maintenance is horrible to get ahold of. The times they come are innocent. You have no direct connection with anyone what so ever . Charge you an extra 50$ that’s not on the lease agreement but they ( the company) swears it’s on the lease . For pest plus benefits. Wrong , nobody comes to spray , nobody changes the air filter, there is mold , earwigs (bugs) , also lots of mites because their plumbing was broken for three week into living here . Took the three weeks for someone to remove the door lock . Banks honestly need to stop letting companies buy these houses out . The call center rating is a huge fat zero . I mean they are rude and hate their job.
