Please watch the updates and continue to use the app. ### 5/5 — Great obesity management guidance app *2024-07-07* I tried this app recently and was impressed by the guided approach to dealing with altering behavioural habits of food consumption by making connections between what drives someone to engage in eating. The app uses an evidence based approach to how to recognize these connections as an initial step to effect behaviour change without resorting to more drastic methods of controlling obesity.
