It appears after the AWS problem a few weeks back, MyNeato no longer connects to my D8 vacuum through whatever server Neato used.  The company was sold and there was supposed to be a few years of service left that the new company was supposed to support.  Looks like that is not happening. 

Neato robotic vacuum’s appear to be no longer supported.

Neato used to be the best in the game. Once they started connecting to WiFi their usability went down. The robot defaults to eco mode when used manually. You can’t switch it to turbo manually. You can’t adjust the orientation of the house layout.

I bought the Neato D10 and it had a catastrophic software failure within 14 days of use. It took several goes at customer support before they arranged to do a collect and repair. I wanted a brand new replacement but that wasn’t an option. The vaccuum was then missing in action for over 8 months! It eventually turned up unannounced and worked properly for about 2 weeks. Now the company have gone out of business so I am stuck with a vaccuum that doesn’t work and the app which refuses to work. A complete and utter waste of money and time. If I could have given no stars I would have.

Connectivity is so poor and it doesn’t allow me to connect the robot. I’ve reset the app to reconfigure it, done everything possible yet still struggling to do anything. I can connect to the device yet it doesn’t switch onto the Wi-Fi network. nothing works!
such a poor experience . somebody has to do something about it. 
So frustrating as been struggling for a couple of months now to try and reconnect the device and try to use it but to no avail whatsoever.
