## What is 屋企簿｜MyNest?

Home Assets is a simple home inventory for your iPhone. Start without creating an account: your records and item photos stay on this iPhone.

Create and delete properties, areas, and specific storage locations in a clear hierarchy. Add an optional photo to each item, record its quantity and note, then search by item, note, or location. Filter by property, area, or category, edit item details, and move an item when it changes place.

When you change iPhones, export a password-protected encrypted backup and restore it from Files. Transfer is explicit: the old iPhone keeps its data, and the restored iPhone keeps an independent local copy. There is no automatic sync.

The app is available to browse in read-only mode. Activate a subscription to make changes, with a three-day free trial for eligible subscribers. Choose HK$38 monthly or HK$198 annually. You can restore an existing purchase from the plan screen.

Home Assets does not require an account. It does not provide AI suggestions, collaboration, cloud sync, multi-photo galleries, or unlimited storage.
