Well log another that thoroughly agrees with that sentiment! The app is among the worst I’ve ever tried to use! What’s worse is that its complaint seems to go back years and absolutely nothing has changed! Come on Nextbase, sort the app out, it’s ruining your reputation ! It keeps trying to connect - the devices are 12 inches apart in the car - but the connection keeps failing. Eventually makes the connection but then drops. Accessing files from your next base, assuming it’s recorded at all, takes so long that I’ve always given up long before anything worthwhile downloads. Dashcam 622GWX was constantly over heating and freezing while on Bluetooth. Once disconnected and removed from my iPhone Bluetooth devices the dashcam then worked fine. The app is completely and utterly rubbish. It is fast, seamless and easy to download video footage to my iPhone (11 Pro, latest software…). To view the captured footage you have to establish a high speed peer to peer WiFi connection with the unit. You can then view, manage or download footage to your phone via the app. This seems to end up in the iPhone photo library. Very clear footage.
