Especially those that charge a subscription. Zero access to feature, such as remote climate control, during that time. No wonder Nissan is over £50 billion in the hole, will never buy another one again. Support is terrible and as soon as the car turns 3 years it just gives up. To be told there’s going to an outage for maintenance lasting a weekend that’s not good. But when that outage continues for 48 hours and still not up that’s a disgrace. I can’t set charging. I can’t review stats. I can’t lock the car or see what’s going on with it. Unacceptable for free, customer-changing when paid. I loved this car on so many levels but it will be back to BMW for me.
