Especially those that charge a subscription. Zero access to feature, such as remote climate control, during that time. I’ve just bought a second hand qashqai with all the bells and whistles but I can’t pair my phone with it. The same applies in winter, to pre warm the car and defrost windows. Please say it will be possible in future updates. So far I cannot find speed camera notifications in the navigation system . I cannot find tomtom app to download from Google Play . Absolutley diabolical. Now only way to charge car is at 33p instead of 4.5p ### 1/5 — Can’t login with password *2026-08-25, version 3.17.1* Always pops up a security key / passkey / qr code dialog which you used to have to dismiss to enter a password which was irritating now you can’t even do that so can no longer log in. No wonder Nissan is over £50 billion in the hole, will never buy another one again. Support is terrible and as soon as the car turns 3 years it just gives up. To be told there’s going to an outage for maintenance lasting a weekend that’s not good. But when that outage continues for 48 hours and still not up that’s a disgrace. I can’t set charging. I can’t review stats. I can’t lock the car or see what’s going on with it. Unacceptable for free, customer-changing when paid. I loved this car on so many levels but it will be back to BMW for me. For example you can have all the charging schedules switched off on the app and in the car, but both app and car will set a schedule of 3.49 am to 5.15 am and stop the Octopus go schedule. Easy to use, convenient, climate control is unbeatable, you can pre heat or cool down the cabin temperature remotely, before driving. Check if the car is locked or not, battery status, tyres pressure, location of the vehicle, milage, costs and if you forget where you parked just press the lights or horn and the car will answer!
