HIGHLY COMPETENT STAFF, Intense attention to my needs at check-in, before & during multiple tests. The secret I think is their experience and incredible TEAMWORK. I’ve unfortunately visited several ER’s in the Charlotte area over the years. NOVANT STAFF & Facilities are far superior to ALL OTHERS. They are the best and I recommend anyone that is having problems with your back you need to see the specialist at Novant Health Spine Institute. To me Dr Poletti is the best, but all the doctors there are the best.
