THIS MUST BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY! **Developer response:** Hello, Starting with version 7.0.0, MyNovant requires iOS version 18.0 or later in order to function correctly. We mistakenly released this version without updating this requirement in the app store. If your version of iOS is older than 18.0, please update it. This should resolve your issue. We recently released a new update (7.0.1) to enforce this requirement in the App Store. If the issue persists after updating, please let us know—we’d be happy to assist further. When it actually does work correctly, it’s ok. I absolutely love every one, they treat you with kindness and respect.. I would refer everyone to go there…. They are the best and I recommend anyone that is having problems with your back you need to see the specialist at Novant Health Spine Institute. To me Dr Poletti is the best, but all the doctors there are the best. I have recommended three family members to her and they seem to feel the same way. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly. I love Novant. Now I can go to this one App and choose one of our smiling faces.
