Whether you want to grab a coffee with your friends, explore the city’s hidden gems or just go to the beach, MYNT is the perfect solution for you. Experience riding keyless, noiseless and rediscover the city with fresh new eyes. No need to wait for a taxi or a bus, find a MYNT moped around the corner and reach your destination quicker than any other vehicle. Here’s how it works:
- When opening the app, it uses your position to automatically propose the closest vehicle,
- Book a vehicle and head toward it,
- Once close enough, unlock and start the vehicle with one tap on the app and equip yourself with the two helmets at your disposal,
- When at your destination, park your vehicle properly following the rules in your city,
- Put your helmets back in the top case and finish your ride on your app,
- Rate your experience and provide us with feedback, so we can continuously work on improving the MYNT experience,
- After the ride, you will get a receipt per email, and be automatically charged on your credit card.

I used it on holiday in Dubrovnik. When left i removed my account on app but week later i was charged some unrecognisable money. I downloaded the app again, and i logged into my delated account finding that all my card details were still there. I rang them and was told to write an email with explanation. I did so but no one replies. Basically i still cannot remove my details and just waiting for another charge.

Would love to use the app but I’ve been trying to make an account for 3 hours. It tried sending a code to my phone twice and now after that says I’ve attempted to many login attempts. But this prompt will not go away. Very frustrating

Was looking forward to this and Wass very disappointed. 
No way to distinguish between scooters when there are more than one in an area. 
Lights do flash but only after you've "started" your rental -- you don't know which scooter you're getting before that. 
Some scooters are badly maintained. The one I got didn't work at all. Still the app charged me over 2€ even though I stopped the rental after a minute and the location of the scooter hadn't changed at all. 
The app, in short, is lacking at least two obvious features: 1) identify the scooter beforehand -- like show the license plate number perhaps? 2) notice failed rentals and don't charge the user, instead give them a way to report the scooter for attention and servicing.

Support was also not able to help get the app working.

Mynt made transportation easy in Dubrovnik! YAAY! I’ve driven scooters before, so this was a delight to have an electric scooter accessibility in getting around the town. Go Mynt Go!

Thought it was too good to be true that it was this simple to hire/rent a small scooter, having travelled in many European countries and in Asia this was by far the easiest way, thank you to the team to help set it up. I’m sure there will be many more journeys as we did in Dubrovnik.
