For example, some platforms prioritize a quick email-based signup to keep the process easy. They were unable to properly investigate or resolve my issue. I have faced problems with two different orders from the seller Livewear, where the wrong products were delivered. Despite this, my return requests were denied without a proper investigation. Because of this, Myntra is making me bear a loss of nearly ₹6,000 for products that were not what I ordered. As a customer, I expected Myntra to trace the issue, verify the deliveries, and provide a fair resolution instead of simply rejecting the returns.
