Glitches, slow, laggy, can’t even get past the password screen. To even type having to close and restart the app multiple times to get it to even allow me to type in my username.

Perfect representation of how bad this company is. They’ll break your wheelchair and then tell you to use their broken app to try to set up a service request. 

Numotion do better.

I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem, but it keeps giving me grief over a password. I’ll have it set, it lets me log in once, then next time it says it’s wrong. Now I can even log in.

This app is programmed as if it's written by a college kid in an App 101 class. It's literally the website on mobile. There's literally no reason for this to exist just use the website on your browser of choice.

App setup ridiculous!  Takes me in circle after circle. Reason I have never used NuMotion in the past as a vendor. I have NEVER experienced so much red tape to get simple information. Company is not responsive to help customers.

I read the other reviews, but because it was free, I thought I would take a chance.  Plus every time I tried to call them the automatic answering system would end my call.  However, in using the app, I couldn’t even get through registration.  So all I did was waste a little time.

I genuinely hate this app with the burning passion of a thousand suns. This might be mitigated if using the app provided a somewhat timely resolution, but it takes just as long to get service with the app as it used to below they forced it down our throats. With this app, NuMotion makes it clear they care nothing about their patients and only about invoicing their patients

Every single time I try to login it required a verification code even after I checked "Don't Ask Again". Now, it won't let me use the app unless I use a passcode on my phone. You want me to put a passcode on my phone, yet you have had a data breach that allowed thousands of people's information to be stolen, including medical information. This company is a joke.
