I am connected to the Internet and it keeps doing this. Not much help. ### 1/5 — Plan to get a professional photographer *2026-08-06* I attempted to take my first set of photos required for the guarantee program today. First off, there are a number of room, lighting and wardrobe requirements. Then to get just a few, maybe 6, “approved” photos I had to take at least 80 shots. The error message kept saying that it couldn’t detect anyone in the photo. What? Both my face and hair were clearly in every shot. I alighted my face with the guides shown in the app, tried closer, tried further away. It really seems like they just don’t want to own up to the advertised guarantee. I’m questioning the product now. ### 1/5 — Awful app and customer service *2026-06-04* It’s impossible to reach anyone or file a claim because the app keeps glitching and won’t take you to the right page. This is ridiculous! What is the point of reflecting your mood daily, when it keeps pushing it towards the next day instead of the current day. This is a poorly designed app. Fix the issue ASAP. This app is a great app to track the progress of my hair growth! But, when I fill in the bubbles of my daily moods, I’ve noticed that at times the app will put my mood for that day on tomorrow’s date, instead of today. Please repair the glitch. There’s really no point in using the app to manage your account or subscription.
