### 4/5 — I love both Coach Milo & Coach Pat. The best of the best

*2025-11-24, version 1.3.2*

I appreciate the hard work these gentlemen put into this program. I wish that their app had integrations both in Apple Health and Apple Watch. Would’ve given five stars but for this.

### 4/5 — Good

*2025-11-10, version 1.2.3*

But needs some work

### 4/5 — Excellent workout app

*2025-10-27*

The app was using before was good, but this has taken my workouts to another level. The pyramidization is great. The AI has some trouble when I substitute exercises based on what is available at different gyms while traveling and sometimes it will work a body part very hard 2 days in a row. Nevertheless it is really pushing me and I love it.

**Developer response:** Hi Bill, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We're glad to hear that MyoAdapt has elevated your workouts and that you're enjoying the pyramidization feature. Regarding your experience with exercise substitutions while traveling, what you're describing is part of the Environment option in the app. You can add each gym or location as a separate Environment and select the equipment available at each. This helps tailor your training sessions to match your surroundings and minimize overlap or overtraining. If you have any further questions on this or anything else, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@myoadapt.com. Best wishes!

### 4/5 — Can’t pause training session

*2025-10-10*

Training has a timer and from what I see you can’t pause a training session. Sometimes I have to split a session into AM and PM but the only option seems to be ending the entire session or letting the session go 12 hours. If I’m missing something (very possible) or they add that option my review would be 5 stars.

**Developer response:** Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! At this moment in time, there isn't a way of pausing sessions directly through the app. Saying that a pause feature is currently listed on our Roadmap (https://myoadapt.com/roadmap/), and we are hoping to release an update covering this in the near future!

In the meantime, please feel free to start a session, then close the app without ending it whenever you wish to complete it later on in the day. Once you're ready to complete it, simply return to the app. Although the session timer will still be running, it shouldn't impact your future recommendations. Best wishes!

### 4/5 — Enjoying so far

*2025-10-05*

There are so many features in this app that I enjoy:

1. The ability to set a training environment with the equipment it contains. I work out both at home and at a commercial gym and this feature makes me life so easy
2. Scientific principles guide exercise selections to auto plans
3. You can set the Desired workout duration and how many workouts you want per week, and on which days

I only removed one star because there have been a few times where I’ve already started physically working out, but forgot to start the workout in the app, and if you have to change the app’s schedule it can sometimes completely change the exercises you’re supposed to do. If you’ve already physically done a few sets, then have to start a new planned workout it’s annoying.

**Developer response:** Hi,

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback!

Your point about schedule changes affecting workouts once you’ve already started training is completely understandable, and we appreciate you taking the time to highlight it. We’re continuously working on improving the workout flow to make these situations smoother in future updates. Please keep an eye out on our Roadmap page at myoadapt.com/roadmap for future updates.

Best wishes!

### 4/5 — Need the option to create your own plan

*2025-10-02, version 1.2.2*

It’s a solid app but lacks the freedom to create your own workout , deleting for now will revisit if this is ever addressed and fixed

### 5/5 — Amazing training BUT the app is constantly broken!

*2025-09-20, version 1.1.0*

I love this app and hate it all at the same time. The concept and training plans are brilliant and I saw awesome results in only 6 weeks, but I didn’t renew my subscription again because the app kept freezing! I tried signing up again now (a month or so later to see if things have improved) but the password reset function doesn’t work. The UX of this app is terrible. Such a shame, because it could be exceptional.

### 5/5 — Amazing training app

*2025-08-28*

Really love the app. Ben. Using it for a month and already seeing gains. I’m constantly more sore from the workouts.

**Developer response:** Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! If you need our assistance in the future, don't hesitate to reach out at info@myoadapt.com. Best wishes!

### 5/5 — Best training app

*2025-08-22, version 1.1.0*

The app doesn’t lie, it’s like having a smart guy telling you how to train in your pocket, aka a smart coach in your pocket

### 5/5 — Outstanding Coaching and Tracking App

*2025-08-20*

I've been using MyoAdapt since it first launched. I'm very happy with it so far and I think it's well worth the price. The workouts are interesting, challenging and seem very effective so far.

I particularly like the ability to have different training environments and the flexibility on training days and times. This is something I've really struggled with writing my own programs or following cookie cutter templates--I'll feel really good about a program but then when life happens and I can't stick the the plan as written it tends to fall apart.

My only suggestions would be:
1) the recommended warmups are great but they should all be at least 2 minutes--I can't do two warmup sets in 1 minute and then be ready to start the first work set as it sometimes suggests for lighter isolation exercises. I work around this by not clicking "start warmup" until I've done the first recommended warmup set, so not a big deal, but ideally it would allot 2+ minutes for all warmups
2) it would be great if there was a way to rate the exercises based on how enjoyable they are and how effective they feel and have the app learn those preferences and preferentially rotate through favorite exercises

**Developer response:** Hi Christopher,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and leave a review! We're happy to hear that you're enjoying the app.

All the best!

### 5/5 — User Friendly

*2025-08-18, version 1.1.0*

Love the app so far. It is very user friendly and predictive. I only wish there was a program for strength and hypertrophy. So far so good though.

### 5/5 — Works Me To Death

*2025-08-11*

Never sweated and never worked that heard before it was tuff the last time I weight trained, but this has a new level of training and how it first starts off and tracks your progress, learning about you is a great touch, the limited videos that have been done showing you how to perform the lifts and what muscles and, the written parts explaining how to and what to do are good too.

God knows how much better this app will be when when and if any updates all the little things are finished.

**Developer response:** Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We're glad to hear that MyoAdapt is proving effective! Please don't hesitate to reach out at info@myoadapt.com if you have any questions. Best wishes!

### 5/5 — Revolutionary Fitness App

*2025-08-09*

This is seriously an incredible app. The way it adapts (see what I did there?) to your gym environment, injuries and exercise preferences all while providing long term progress tracking is outstanding. You end up with not just ‘a’ program but ‘your’ program.

It took me a minute to get used to the exercise orders - it’s definitely different from what I was used to with generic templates but I’ve worked with coaches in the past and had a similar thought. I also know and trust the science Milo and Pak are using.

If this is the app in its infancy, I’m happy to get on board early and support what may come!

**Developer response:** Hi Kyle,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We're happy to hear how much you value the adaptability of MyoAdapt and the personalised approach it provides. Your support means a lot to us, and we are excited for what is to come as we continue developing the app. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Best wishes!

### 5/5 — Helpful and challenging!

*2025-08-08, version 1.1.0*

This app is amazing! By taking just a little bit of my time from my day it figured out what my body exactly needs! I highly recommend it and I have started noticing already improvement in my body!

### 5/5 — Best way to train

*2025-08-01, version 1.1.0*

I have been very impressed with this app thus far. I Had been watching Milo’s content for sometime and was anticipating this coming out. All I can say is it was definitely worth the wait!!

### 5/5 — The one true app

*2025-08-01, version 1.1.0*

Love the ease of use and ease of selecting exercises. The form videos autoplaying help a ton too. Well done!

### 5/5 — Hassle free workouts!

*2025-08-01, version 1.1.0*

Finally have peace of mind knowing that my workout is based on science. I just pick what muscles I want to work on, in what order of importance, and how often/long I want to workout in a week. Zero thoughts, I just have to show up and press some buttons lol. I like that the app takes your diet, sleep quality, injuries into consideration since I’m forever injured/sleep deprived and some exercises hurt my back.
Plus it only suggests exercises using equipment you actually have!! Dw ab RIR too much since the app eventually figures out what reps you actually can handle

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Too many bugs!

*2025-11-05*

Loved it at first but there is just too much wrong with it. Like not adding weight correctly, taking steps backwards each workout. Had to keep a separate record of everything as you need to check its recommending the correct weights and reps etc. Basically paying to Beta test it. Refunded my years subscriptions 2.5 months in due to issues.

**Developer response:** Hi Deano,

Thank you for your kind words! We're happy to hear that you're enjoying the workouts and noticing the effort we've put into making MyoAdapt stand out. There's plenty more on the way. We really appreciate your support! Best wishes.

### 1/5 — when the free one-week trial ended, my entire monthly subscription was reset

*2025-10-23*

I paid for a one-month subscription to the app, but when the free one-week trial ended, my entire monthly subscription was reset. As a result, instead of the full month I paid for, I was only able to use the app for one week. And I can’t re-store it

**Developer response:** Hi, thank you for sharing your experience, we’re sorry to hear about the issue with your subscription. In order to investigate further and help resolve this, could you please reach out to us at info@myoadapt.com? Our team will be happy to look into it and make things right.

### 1/5 — Not what I expected

*2025-08-19*

This is somehow both overly complicated and also lacking in almost all program customization.

It’s probably fine if you want it to do your whole program on autopilot, but if you’re looking for something with functionality similar to other enhanced logbook apps where you can plan in advance and build out templates, this doesn’t appear to support any of that.

Another minor annoyance is that there are too many screens and taps to enter work during the workout. The interface is not intuitive.

**Developer response:** Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. MyoAdapt is intentionally built a little differently from traditional logbook-style apps. Instead of relying on templates or pre-built programs, it generates and adapts your sessions automatically based on your performance, recovery, and training preferences, essentially working like a "personal coach" that adjusts things for you as you go. This allows you to progress without having to plan everything in advance, while still ensuring that volume, intensity, and progression are handled intelligently.

That said, we completely understand that some users prefer more manual control and flexibility. We’ll be adding a free logging mode in the future so you can run your own sessions while still benefitting from MyoAdapt’s tracking and performance insights.

We’re also aware that the current workout flow can take a few extra taps and screens, and streamlining the interface for faster logging is high on our priority list.

Once again, thank you for your feedback, and we'll be sure to keep you in the loop on any progress we make regarding updates mentioned above.

### 1/5 — Text fields aren’t working

*2025-07-07, version 1.0.0*

I really wanted to try the app but text fields are buggy and I could not get past the set up. 16 Pro on 18.5.

### 1/5 — What could have been

*2025-07-03*

Was willing to try the app but can’t even sign up due to the validation email never arrives. Maybe the product wasn’t ready to launch yet.

**Developer response:** Hi Adam. We apologize for the inconvenience. We'd recommend checking your Spam folder. If there's no e-mail there, then it's likely that you entered your e-mail incorrectly during sign up, so try logging out and signing up again. If the problem persists, please send us an e-mail to info@myoadapt.com so we can have a closer look!

### 1/5 — Bugs. No consideration for working Outdoor/Fitness Park Environment

*2025-07-01, version 1.0.0*

Can’t completely set up my profile due to bugs such as filling in my height or naming my workout environment. Gymnastics rings aren’t a selection for workout equipment.

### 2/5 — So basic

*2025-07-09*

I have been following Milo for awhile now. He’s been talking about this thing for a year. I thought it would be more advanced. The main issue for me is that I’m cutting so I’ve incorporated a lot of cardio into my routines and reducing my lifting routing from 1 hr 30 mins to 45 mins. That being said, I almost always do drop sets and Myoreps to compensate for shorter lifting sessions. This isn’t possible in the app. Seriously you can’t do Myoreps in the myoadapt app? Also, I’ve heard Milo trash some of the exact exercises that it’s recommending for me lol. We’re doing Supermans for lower back lol. Sorry to say, I’m gonna bail after the free 7 day trial and head back to RP Strength.

How do you not have Myoreps or drop sets? Maybe they should have beta tested it.

**Developer response:** Hi Joe,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We really appreciate your feedback.

To address your points:

Supersets & Dropsets - These features are on our roadmap and will be added very soon. Since MyoAdapt functions like a real coach in your pocket, it won’t just let you log supersets and dropsets, it will intelligently incorporate them into your program by selecting the most appropriate exercises based on your training goals and technique.

Regarding myo-reps, the current research on their effectiveness is still quite limited. Because MyoAdapt is built on the latest scientific evidence, we’ve chosen not to include them just yet. However, we may add them in a future update as more data becomes available.

Exercise Library - MyoAdapt includes over 450 exercises to support different training environments and user preferences. The app tailors recommendations based on your available equipment and goals, and you can always swap exercises to suit your needs.

Beta Testing - MyoAdapt was extensively tested by approximately 500 users who logged over 4,000 workouts and rated the app on a variety of criteria.

Thanks again for your review. All the best!

### 3/5 — Still feels like beta

*2025-07-23, version 1.1.0*

I really like the idea of the app but it definitely feels like it isn’t fully ready yet. If the price stays $20 I will check back in a few months but if it goes up I probably won’t be back

### 3/5 — Lots of promise but half baked

*2025-07-08*

I hate to be writing this since I have a tremendous amount of respect for Drs Milo and Pak but there's just not enough here to justify the cost. The exercise videos are great and the rep estimates are nice. The replacement exercise list is tremendous and the training environments are amazing. But where are the supersets? Why can't it auto recommend an extra exercise to add at the end of a session when I still have gas in the tank? Why is it having me do pushups and incline bench on back to bank days? Why is every session a weird full body session? Why am I getting 20-30 rep ranges? Why don't the workouts change when I up my training time to an hour? Where are the cues and notes for each lift? I'm going to push through a month of the sub just to see if it has a positive effect on my lifting, but I think this needs to go back in the oven a little bit longer at this price point.

**Developer response:** Hi Shawn,

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, we genuinely appreciate your honesty, and we’re glad to hear you’re finding value in aspects like the exercise videos, rep estimates, and replacement options.

You’ve raised some fair points, and we’ll address them directly:

Supersets & Auto-Recommendations – These features aren’t currently available, but they’re on our roadmap. We agree they’d be a great addition for users who want to optimise time or push further in sessions.

Exercise Scheduling – While conventional wisdom suggests avoiding training the same muscle group on consecutive days, recent research indicates it doesn’t negatively impact gains, provided adequate recovery is managed. The app may schedule similar movements if it calculates you’ve had sufficient recovery time.

Full-Body Focus & Rep Ranges – Although some workouts may not look like the typical routines most people are used to, MyoAdapt challenges conventional programming, always striving to create something truly unique to you while adhering to core scientific principles. Recent research suggests that spreading volume across more sessions (rather than cramming it into one or two workouts) is beneficial for hypertrophy, especially at higher volumes. Additionally, varying rep ranges has been shown to promote greater muscle growth than sticking to just one or two heavier ranges. Rest assured, your workouts are still extremely effective, even if they look different from what you may be used to. Of course, if you prefer heavier rep ranges, you’re welcome to adjust, and MyoAdapt will still deliver great results.

Session Duration Adjustments – Increasing training time should trigger changes, so if you’re not seeing this, it’s likely a bug. We’d love to troubleshoot this with you. Please reach out to us at info@myoadapt.com

Lift Cues & Notes – You can currently add custom notes per exercise (tap "Log Set" → "Notes"), but we’re working on built-in cues for future updates.

We’re sorry the app isn’t quite meeting your expectations yet, but we’re committed to improving it. Either way, we’ll take your feedback onboard and keep you posted on updates.

Thanks again for giving MyoAdapt a go! Best wishes.

### 3/5 — Promising, but lacks some features

*2025-07-07*

TLDR: very cool app, but for the rather steep yearly price, seems to be missing some key features.

This is based on my first impressions after just one workout, so salt to taste.

Cool stuff: Very slick interface. I found the registration/setup to be pretty intuitive. (Those who are not receiving the sign-up verification email: My siblings in Christ, check your Spam folders! That’s where mine was.) Very good & detailed tutorial. The video examples are really good and feature Dr. Pak for added eye-candy. Some nice QOL features, for example if you do the exercises out of the shown order, the app seems to automatically rearrange them for you. Potentially provides endless variation… if I understand the app correctly, it will automatically switch up your routine so exercises don’t get stale.

Needs improvement: Expensive (almost 4x the price of the service I currently use) considering some basic features seem to be missing. For example, there seems to be no way to make custom workouts, pause the timer in the middle of workouts, or set up supersets. To be fair, these are listed on the app’s development roadmap, so hopefully they’ll be added soon.

One thing I did not see on the roadmap that would be nice is an audio cue at the end of the rest timer. Maybe there is a way to enable this, but I could not find it in the app or settings (yes, I have sound notifications turned on for the app). I often put my phone down & space out between sets so I miss the notification popup. An audio cue played through headphones would be great. E.g. Dr. Wolf and/or Dr. Pak whispering “Wake up babe. New set just dropped.” Etc.

Conclusion: I really like this app, but for the price I cannot justify switching from my current app. But I will definitely keep an eye on Myoadapt and consider switching when a few more features get added. :)

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Convenient and effective

*2026-07-03*

Great to be able to seamlessly switch between gyms and have my workouts adapt automatically. As someone who travels a lot it’s a time saver.

**Developer response:** Hi James,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We're really glad to hear the flexibility is helping you stay consistent while travelling! Keep up the great work and if you have any questions, reach out to our team at info@myoadapt.com. Best wishes!

### 5/5 — Happy I made the switch

*2026-04-04*

I switched over from RP due to the cost of that subscription. I’ve been using MyoAdapt for about a month now. I like how the app changes the workouts based on how much time I can be at the gym, as well as if I choose to workout on a rest day the app reduces the workload. It seems more organic than RP, I found that was very static in terms of program choice, with Myo the exercises and rep ranges change which has challenged me and I’ve felt muscle soreness from exercises I’ve avoided in the past. I’d recommend this to anyone who can afford it, it is still expensive but RP is twice the price.

**Developer response:** Hello Jimmy! Thank you so much for the kind words. It is great to hear that the flexibility of the app and the way it adapts to your schedule are making a positive difference in your training. We're glad those new challenges are paying off for you! We really appreciate you sharing your experience and recommending us. We have plenty more on the way to keep making the app even better, so stay tuned for what’s coming next. Best wishes!

### 5/5 — Great app but need some improvements

*2026-03-22*

The app is good but the exercise alternative recommendations are not quite on point. But its good for it’s price

**Developer response:** Hello there! Thank you for your kind words, we're glad to hear you're enjoying the app and finding great value in it. We are always working to refine our exercise recommendations to make them as accurate as possible for every user. We are also currently working on increasing our training decision transparency, so stay tuned! If any recommendations ever feel off, please feel free to reach out to us at info@myoadapt.com. We'd be happy to take a look, provide some guidance, or explain the logic behind those suggestions. Best wishes!

### 5/5 — The best there is

*2026-01-23*

Delivered by exercise scientists that actually lift, I personally recommend Myoadapt to everyone. Easy to use, adaptable to any sessions I miss or changes in equipment, and includes a ton of exercises.

**Developer response:** Hello there and thank you so much for the kind words and for recommending MyoAdapt, it truly means a lot to us. We’re glad you’re enjoying the experience, and we’ve got plenty of new features and improvements on the way, so stay tuned. Best wishes!

### 5/5 — The App is LEGIT

*2026-01-21, version 1.4.1*

The workout variety is great and the recommended reps, RIR, and weight is spot on with my actual capabilities.

### 5/5 — 2 months in

*2026-01-04*

I have been using this for 2+ months and I have found it to be awesome. For the year prior I used Juggernaut AI which was pretty good but very limited in flexibility. MyoAdapt is the opposite, it allows so much more flexibility around length of workout, exercise options, available equipment etc. It is also great for all levels of lifting. I just added my spouse with the Duo subscription and she has found the videos and ability to swap exercises very useful.

**Developer response:** Hello there, thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear MyoAdapt has been a flexible fit for your training style and that both you and your spouse are finding value in the features. Feedback like this helps us keep improving, and we appreciate you being part of the community. Stay tuned fore more improvements! Best wishes!

### 5/5 — The App is LEGIT

*2025-12-26, version 1.4.0*

The workout variety is great and the recommended reps, RIR, and weight is spot on with my actual capabilities.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-11-15, version 1.2.3*

This app really is great, it switches up each workout so I’m not board and fits everything automatically in the schedule I prefer.

### 5/5 — Excellent from an experienced lifter

*2025-11-14*

As someone with years of experience in resistance training - this app is incredibly underrated. The ability to adapt each workout and constantly changing routines is a great idea (or you can adapt to keep everything the same). Unfortunately, I think many won’t get it - and it might not rank as highly as it should. But it’s one of the best ideas I’ve seen in many years. Kudos.

**Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience and thoughtful feedback! We're thrilled to hear the app's adaptability and variety stand out to you. Your support means a lot and helps highlight the value we aim to deliver. Best wishes!

### 5/5 — Loving it so far but one thing bothers me..

*2025-09-25*

Loving the ease of use and customization. Watch a ton of Milo’s videos and he consistently says training in the 5-12 rep range is superior, especially since going any higher causes some misinterpretation of actual true failure. Unfortunately the app consistently has me doing 20-30 rep range sets, I usually still override the messages informing me to change the weight to hit the target range but hoping a future version of the app allows you to prioritize which rep ranges you’d prefer , kind of like how specializing the body parts are where highest priority is at the top and 20-30 at least for me is toward the least important and it seldomly adds that range to an exercise. Otherwise Loving it!!

**Developer response:** Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We're pleased to hear that you're enjoying the app and finding it useful! Regarding different rep ranges, this is definitely a topic which we are looking to discuss and review. Hopefully, in the near future, our users will be able to select the specific rep ranges they would like to focus working in. We'll be sure to keep you posted on any progress we make. All the best!
