Do yourself a favour and use Xero and Deputy. ### 1/5 — PIN code now not enough, app logs me out all the time since last update!! *2026-07-22, version 1.37.0* I loved that I only needed my pin code to access the app. Biometrics access would be even easier, but at least it worked : log in once, set a pin passcode, use pin onwards. Until last update! Now i have to connect using my email and password almost everytime, as it says “You are not able to sign in at this time, please try signing in using your email and password” ### 1/5 — Always having to sign passcode never works *2026-07-17, version 1.37.0* Very poor app Passcode never works always have to sign in everyday to do timesheet and breaks ### 1/5 — So bad. Don’t know where to start *2026-07-06, version 1.37.0* Update: this app was recently updated and it’s somehow even worse logging out at least twice a week. Despite this company causing me much mental anguish over the last 20 years after being forced to use it because my employees do. I thought this app might be a bit more straightforward than easy to use. But no. It logged you out almost every day. He can’t even track time in actual time it freezes. That you are terrible I can’t make adjustment my God. Someone saved this company from their archaic practices. ### 1/5 — Unable to login *2026-07-01, version 1.37.0* After the latest update. However, as an employee who only uses it once a day to log working hours, the apps incessant requirement that I log in to my account each and every day is irritating beyond belief. If the app could please store MY details on MY phone, so I could use biometrics to unlock and then quickly do my clock in-clock out, then this would be a worthy app, instead it’s ridiculously frustrating.. ### 1/5 — So bad. Requires me to sign in and set a passcode each time I open the app. Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but can’t fix this issue. ### 2/5 — Too many bugs *2026-02-15, version 1.36.6* A lot easier to cover what does work rather than list all the problems. If you are ok to get details of a single shift per day having simple manager and employees fiddling with little dials to get exact time to the nearest minute it might be OK. I ended up writing my own. ### 1/5 — Does not save time sheets *2026-01-14, version 1.36.6* This app is by far the worst app I use. Glitches all the time. Now it won’t save any times.
