Unable to split shifts Staff unable to enter time sheets and review, just disappears with a blank screen, creates more work for managers chasing staff to confirm timesheets Zero support or updates to rectify the issues Logs you out and unable to log back in, keeps saying error. In this day and age and with so many users of MYOB, surely they can sort this issue. With so many poor ratings, it is just being ignored. When I login I can see too many of my account under the same business name but it attached with 3 different serial number. And very difficult for me to find my client linkage. Now, Payslips have disappeared altogether!! It was our main function for the app and now you have taken it away. Also where has the Leave stuff gone!?! Two out of five times I login the option to load leave and view my payslips is gone. On iPhone it automatically selects the scroll toggle instead of the pin pad for numbers and dates which decreases accessibility. I share the same issues as my co workers. We have had to use manual timesheets this cycle because in MYOB some of our time records disappear. Sometimes when the hours are approved the record disappears, sometimes not. The app is entirely inconsistent, very buggy and not accessible / user friendly. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The worst time app *2026-08-10, version 1.37.0* Terrible app, constantly logs you out. Do yourself a favour and use Xero and Deputy. ### 1/5 — PIN code now not enough, app logs me out all the time since last update!! *2026-07-22, version 1.37.0* I loved that I only needed my pin code to access the app. Biometrics access would be even easier, but at least it worked : log in once, set a pin passcode, use pin onwards. Until last update! Now it won’t save any times. Operation is smooth and quick. I can also view my payslips so that I don't have to searching in my inbox! ### 3/5 — Bad *2024-04-12, version 1.36.3* The hardly made an app with limited features I tried to apply for leave and the reason section wasn't there like I clicked on it and nothing was there and I couldn't submit it ### 2/5 — Frustrating memory *2026-05-27, version 1.36.6* Once you’re logged in, the app works fairly well. However, as an employee who only uses it once a day to log working hours, the apps incessant requirement that I log in to my account each and every day is irritating beyond belief. If the app could please store MY details on MY phone, so I could use biometrics to unlock and then quickly do my clock in-clock out, then this would be a worthy app, instead it’s ridiculously frustrating.. ### 2/5 — Keeps asking me to sign up or login *2026-02-20, version 1.36.6* Since latest iOS update for iPhone, the app won’t let me login with passcode. Requires me to sign in and set a passcode each time I open the app. Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but can’t fix this issue. ### 2/5 — Too many bugs *2026-02-15, version 1.36.6* A lot easier to cover what does work rather than list all the problems. If you are ok to get details of a single shift per day having simple manager and employees fiddling with little dials to get exact time to the nearest minute it might be OK. I ended up writing my own. ### 2/5 — No Access *2025-11-18, version 1.36.6* I downloaded the app but I couldn’t create the account with the email recorded by the employer. The link didn’t work at all. ### 2/5 — Notifications stopped working *2025-03-23, version 1.36.6* Started off working really well but then notifications for all employees and the approver stopped working and this issue could not be resolved. ### 2/5 — Good and bad *2023-03-21, version 1.34.0* Easy to use no doubt. Convenient, but it’ll keep freezing. Log you out where you have to log back in again. My staff have these issues as well and there’s no new frequent updates to resolve these issues. ### 2/5 — Notification for location details *2021-09-14* The app is still very basic Please look at notification option example would be on time sensitive starts could there be a auto notification sent to managers email or mobile or even on the app so at glance we know staff have clocked on see how many staff have reported in for there duties Locations also need more there no way for staff to access extra details about location the job or a brief description of site contact phone number also what is expected of them when they arrive so we cant call it by job name or # but put in the address so employees can at least know were there going. This could also be a area for staff to leave bullet points for following staff of there progress or lack of due to unforeseen circumstances Still on notification for locations maybe when a staff logs on to start they receive an automated push notification from the manager could have job details and instructions preloaded with the most recent developments on site, is in a meeting staff can proceed with works And finally notification to and from staff who also have shift in the same location in the past or future Communication is key and i feel I'm still calling to check everything is in place Just saying **Developer response:** We are continuing to look at ways to grow and update the app, we appreciate your feedback and have passed it on to our teams. ### 2/5 — Cumbersome *2021-06-22* Integration between the app and MYOB software is great, but administration could be made much better. It not only just about the employee. As an approving manager, why can I not see the entire pay period and all the leave applied for employees at one glance. Why do I have to select each week and then search leave for each employee. I pay fortnightly, so I can only imagine how hard a pay run would be for someone paying monthly.
