Everything on one topic. In one collection. For the whole family. Buying a home, registering for nursery, car insurance or your next holiday: MyOfficePilot gathers everything that belongs together in one collection. Emails, documents, photos, notes, links, places, lists, tasks, events and tickets – in one place instead of scattered across five apps. THE COLLECTION AT THE CENTRE • File in one move: emails, PDFs, photos and scans from MyScanPilot go straight into the right collection. • Nothing duplicated: a filed email stays in your inbox – the collection links to it instead of copying it. • The activity log shows what happened, when and who did it. • Every collection has its own picture, colour and labels – recognisable at a glance. • Deleted isn't gone: the trash keeps everything for 30 days. SHARE WITH YOUR FAMILY – AS FAR AS YOU WANT • Share a collection with individual family members – read only or collaborate, you decide. • Work together on notes, lists and tasks, in sync on every device. • Private stays private: what you don't share never reaches your family. • Works with MyFamilyPilot and MyScanPilot: family, contracts and documents fit together. PLUS A COMPLETE OFFICE Email with conversations, signatures and rules, calendar, tasks, handwritten notes and Tickets & Codes for boarding passes and admission tickets. Synced through your iCloud – no third-party servers. Type in them or just fill them in with your pencil. • Import from Evernote – bring over notebooks as an .enex file, with images, PDFs and tags. • Notes like on paper – lasso to move and resize, tape to cover things up, a zoom window for large handwriting, page links, and recordings that jump to the right spot when you tap your notes. • Widgets and shortcuts – “Today” and “Tickets & Codes” as widgets, quick capture in Control Center and on the Action button. • Quick access extended – new list and new note right on “Today”, in three sizes. • Smarter mail – events in an email are recognised and added with one tap. • Large PDFs scroll smoothly – with a “Page x of y” indicator. • Noticeably faster – collections, mail, calendar and notebooks respond more smoothly, even while syncing in the background. ### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-16 New in 1.0.2 • Weather on "Today": as a card or a line, movable and optional. Tap it to open the Weather app. • Forecast in your calendar: upcoming days show the weather icon plus high and low temperatures right next to the date. • App lock with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. • Full-text search in documents and photos: text inside PDFs and images is found too. • Better search: several words narrow down the results, and matches are highlighted. • Mail: new messages arrive in real time. To, Cc and Bcc appear in the message header, "Reply All" keeps Cc and the right sender, and recipients are suggested from your own mail too. • Notes: the note sheet grows downward as you write. Images can be moved freely and placed behind text and handwriting. • Reminders: all-day tasks now alert you at 9 a.m. on their day. • The share sheet now matches the app's look. • Many small improvements and bug fixes. ### 1.01 — 2026-10-15 Bug Fixes ### 1.0 — 2026-10-13 No release notes. ## Apps similar to MyOfficePilot | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Sopravo: Voice Recorder](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/sopravo-voice-recorder/id6787932278) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Productivity | | [MEMOROLL - Memories Stay Yours](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/memoroll-memories-stay-yours/id6811861479) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Converter: all unit converter](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/converter-all-unit-converter/id6746933016) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Next Time: Don't Forget](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/next-time-dont-forget/id6792325850) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Scanno – PDF-Scanner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/scanno-pdf-scanner/id6824002528) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Flipnotes - Digital Notebook](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/flipnotes-digital-notebook/id6789966432) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Productivity | ## More apps by Christian Hoepker - [MyScanPilot: Scan & Organize](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/myscanpilot-scan-and-organize/id6758917249) All apps by Christian Hoepker: https://appshunter.io/developer/1748297469 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
