## What is MyOfficeStatus?

MyOfficeStatus turns an iPad or iPhone into a smart sign for your office door. It reads your calendar and shows, in big clear colors, whether you're Available, Busy, in a Tentative meeting, Out of Office, or Away, so people know whether to knock.

WORKS WITH YOUR CALENDAR
- Uses the calendars already on your device: iCloud, Google, Microsoft 365 / Exchange, Outlook.com, and CalDAV
- Choose which calendars count, treat tentative meetings as busy, and ignore all-day events
- Updates automatically when your schedule changes

YOU CHOOSE WHAT PEOPLE SEE
- Status only, status with times, meeting titles, or your full day's agenda
- "Free at 2:30" and "Next meeting in 10 min" so visitors know when to come back
- Set a status by hand, like "Do Not Disturb" or "Back at 2pm", for as long as you need

MAKE IT YOURS
- Change each status's wording, color, and icon
- Pick a font, light or dark text, and the status size
- Add your own background photo
- Show or hide the clock and date

BUILT FOR THE DOOR
- Keeps the screen awake, and can dim after working hours
- Optional presence dimming: the front camera notices when someone walks up and brightens the screen, then dims when nobody's around. Video is analyzed on the device and never saved or sent.
- A PIN protects settings so passers-by can't change your sign
- Works with Guided Access to lock the device to the sign

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your calendar, settings, and photos never leave your device.
