Best combination of resistance bands and bodyweight straps out there! The Method+ workouts changed my perspective on bodyweight and band training. Next level!! 💪 Love the results and nothing like it!!

Love the combination of resistance bands and bodyweight straps in my workouts. The app is intuitive and has all the workouts I’d need with a huge variety of workouts!

As someone that has steered away from resistance bands in the past, my mind has been changed. Using MYOKORE’s app alongside their top of the line bands and their Methodology has been a game changer. My booty has never looked (or burned) so good 🔥 highly recommend.

Easy to use. Amazing workouts that you can do anywhere at any time. Top notch trainers. Would recommend to anyone 👌🏻
