Even if you complete the treatment. Deleting the app, turning off bluetooth, and phone does no good as soon as you pick up the device it starts in app free mode and will not connect. Because of this I am unable to use the device hands free, use ty e gloves or gua dha device. Will call again tomorrow but it gets old. Thank goodness I kept my zip to use. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2023-12-22, version 2.11* The app does not work. The app will not work. I have removed it from my phone and added it back several times. Nothing is working. It’s completely unreliable and I have to constantly delete it and download it again and go through the whole process. Most of the time it makes you reset your password and it takes forever to receive a password reset email. The sign-in with google has never worked for me. I’m done with it and regret having spent money on it. ### 1/5 — Most of the time the app doesn’t work *2023-10-11, version 2.10* I feel as if the developers are lazy and have not made this app reliant device unusable and an exceptionally poor user experience. They do not support the older devices and doesn’t inspire investing in their new devices when they just drop support with no warning. It’s been unreliable and made my investment in their technology a poor one indeed. The device works well when it used to connect via the app, but sadly it doesn’t. It connects for only a few seconds and then it’s a dud. ### 1/5 — Was fine, update broke it for months now! *2023-04-26, version 2.07* Can’t login anymore and it has been MONTHS. Made new accounts…tried everything to get in and when I emailed the company for help I got a canned “was our response helpful” email…but never received any help! Super disappointed because I can’t use my device any more. After 2 years for it to just stop being able to log in is maddening and a huge waste of money. ### 1/5 — Experiencing a bug *2023-04-05, version 2.05* This new version doesn’t realize it’s up to date so I am getting continuous notifications to update it, which prevents me from using the app and properly controlling the device. ### 1/5 — Terrible Updates *2023-03-31, version 2.05* With each update this app gets more and more user-unfriendly, especially for those who’ve had the device for a while and only use the custom setting. Now that custom makes you select the time lengths of each waveform and set one level, either low or high, for the whole treatment, it’s absolutely useless. And the offline setting apparently doesn’t work for older models. This app needs a complete overhaul and some serious UX troubleshooting. It won’t connect and I can’t by pass it to watch any of the videos on how to use it. Seriously people fix your app! ### 1/5 — Trash app! *2024-09-26, version 2.16* This is the most frustrating nightmarish experience trying to do business with this company and simply trying to use the device that I paid for. I’ve been a customer for a while so I should not have to pay the $4.99 per month they tell me, but then the app keeps telling me there’s a billing error. They give wonky instructions for off-line use and now I can’t even log into the app without getting an error that says something goes wrong and status code. Customers should be able to use the app when they feel like it therefore technical support should always be available not just until 4 PM I LOVE THE RESULTS WHEN I’M ABLE TO USE IT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE IRRESPECTIVE OF THE RESULTS. DO NOT BUY. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2024-09-04, version 2.16* I have tried to use my QT plus on two differs phones. I have deleted and reinstalled and I still can’t use my Qt. This is getting very frustrating. My aesthetician can use our appointments for other treatments. However, I'm frustrated that I have to delete and reload the app just to get the app started. A few weeks ago, it rejected my longstanding password and I lost my entire history and points. I don't have time to call customer service every time I want to do a treatment.” I can’t see this persons name or I would credit a name. It’s terribly frustrating because I love Myoliftqt and used it daily. At this point the app won’t load anymore and so I’ve moved on to other skincare appliances. It seems like a consumer has to pay a monthly app fee but I’m afraid to try that because it still might not load. ### 5/5 — Love the personalization *2023-07-11, version 2.08* I love the fact that it dumbs the treatments and recommends personalized session. All good *2022-01-04, version 1.1.7* Updated to 5 stars: Thank you. I checked the App again today and saw that there’s a “make your own treatment” section, no more repeats, and a few usual additions. The app works well and I can continue to use my custom treatment with the QT. It’s a great device and I enjoy using it! Very much appreciated! Review 1 star: I’m very unhappy with this latest update. I purchased the device when it first came out. The App was great. I’ve been using this device with the App for 11 months. Now that the app was updated, you added some short treatments (some redundant treatments like 2 forehead mask treatment, an off line feature which I can’t use with my old device. but you DELETED the CUSTOM TREATMENT, which was the most flexible and important us. Basically, I can’t use my device for the purpose I purchased it for.
