I’ve used this app for years with no problems. You automatically updated a week ago and I cannot search for Doctors or do anything! “App Support” is nothing but an advertisement.

We have corrected the issue, and now upon logging in, you can view and search our provider network and schedule an appointment.  Again, thank you for discovering this issue. The subscription fee you have to pay to join is just the beginning.  Each conversation then costs at least $49.

This has been a great resource for me when I don't want to waste time waiting in the waiting room surrounded by sick people. It's so nice to be able to get the information I need quickly and straight from my phone!! I would recommend it to everyone!
