## What is myoncare?

myoncare is your digital companion when it comes to health.
With myoncare we would like to support you throughout your health journey by allowing you to easily exchange various health data, such as care and therapy plans, medications, files, activity data and messages with your doctors - all in one app!
myoncare enables doctors to digitally support you in addition to the analog examinations. With your personal feedback, your doctor can react to complications, side effects and symptoms potentially at an earlier stage.
Furthermore, myoncare enables you to share selected health data through Apple Health App with your healthcare professional.
The security of your data is of central importance. That is why we subject myoncare to regular tests with high quality and data security requirements.
In the app, you can determine yourself which Careteams have access to your data.

How can the app be used?
When you open the app for the first time, you will see a login screen in the app. In that screen you can choose between logging in the app via an already existing myoncare account to access all your health data in myoncare or to register a new account via clicking ‘scan code’. You can get the needed QR codes from a doctor or hospital that uses myoncare.

Liebe die App! Sie hat mich so toll mit meiner chronischen Erkrankung begleitet und mich immer mit meinen Ärzten verbunden. Bin jetzt auch mit meinem Zahnarzt connected und werde an meine Zahnreinigung erinnert und kann meinen Termin direkt über die App buchen.

Nach meiner OP hat mir mein Arzt über die App regelmäßig Infos zur optimalen Genesung zugeschickt und Fragebögen zum Gesundheitszustand. Das hat mir zumindest ein sehr beruhigendes Gefühl gegeben.

Gut finde ich auch, dass die App sehr einfach zu bedienen ist.

Great that multiple doctors can work on me (the same patient) and that the data isn’t siloed anymore!

Aus BNK CardioCoach sollte Myoncare werden. Alle Daten von BNK (Arztberichte, etc.) sollten in diese übertragen werden. Die Daten sind weg, selbst der nutzlose Customerservice bekommt das nicht hin. Das Erfassen von kardiologischen Werten ist möglich, jedoch eine Übersicht wie BNK gibt es nicht. Ein Stern ist noch zuviel. Meine Empfehlung: Löschen und Vergessen.  Das kann man besser machen.

Aus cardiocoach wurde myoncare. In cardiocoach habe ich täglich Blutdruck und Gewicht eintragen können. Dazu alle Arztberichte speichern. In myoncare wurden keine 10% der Arztberichte übernommen. Eintragungen wie Gewicht oder Blutdruck sind nicht möglich. Sorry, so ist die App einfach nutzlos und scheint nur dazu zu dienen persönliche Daten abzugreifen. Mein Tipp: löschen.

Ich wurde früh morgens darauf hingewiesen, dass ich meine bisherige Cardio Version auf My on care umstellen soll. Die Umstellung erfolgte. Nicht reibungslos, da es auf einen Sonntag fiel und das System dies offensichtlich nicht hinnehmen wollte. Als am darauf folgenden Tag der Transfer dann glückte, waren nur die Dokumente vorhanden. Sämtliche Blutdruckwerte sowie die Medikation waren nicht vorhanden. Dies ist in meinen Augen eine ungenügende Leistung. Wie kann man ein unausgereift System auf den Markt bringen und die Übertragung fordern, wenn noch erhebliche Nachbesserungen und Updates laufen müssen. Es zeigt sich, dass man offensichtlich ohne großen Verstand an die Angelegenheit herangetreten ist.
