Why can’t I login other people say it but they don’t say what they did to fix it. Help I guess I can go back to writing a check. ### 1/5 — Login issues *2026-04-10, version 1.4* Opened the app today and it tells me to upgrade to the newer version. When I go to the App Store, there is no upgrade available! I have constant login problems from slow MFA issues and timeouts. The app MFA defaults to email and I can’t find a way to change it to texts. The layout of the app isn’t designed well, too many clicks to get to outage and outage reporting. ### 1/5 — This app is a “new” FAILURE *2026-03-19* What a joke. Apparently OPPD fakes their app development out to omahas sixth grade computer labs. Because they have no clue how to make an app work. Use chatGPT at this point. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Multiple issues *2026-03-03, version 1.2* Wont remember that I Enabled 'Trust this device' so still asks for username and password after I turned on face recognition and has to send two factor verification to my email. All so when I get in there it wont let me unenroll in auto pay that i have to do to update my card, Because I cant just update it without unenrolling then reenrolling ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-02-16* This app hasn’t worked since day one. Still getting error with a misspelling. Had a VPN running and it conflicted with the app. Would not allow any input at login screen. VPN, app works like a charm.
