I came across MyOps while looking into better ways to organize the back end of a real estate business, and it clicked pretty quickly. It gives you a clear, centralized view of listings, transactions, goals, and overall performance without bouncing between spreadsheets or different tools.
What stood out to me was how much easier it was to actually see what was going on. Things that used to feel scattered suddenly felt organized. The AI features help pull info quickly, but the real value is the clarity and structure it brings.

This app is an absolute game changer! Managing multiple team members with so many listings is extremely daunting. There are a million systems and apps out there, and when everyone is using something different it is a nightmare. MyOps helps you synchronize team systems and processes and helps you get your time and productivity back. The AI (Maria) is such an incredible tool to be able to pull anything from door access codes to rental numbers on your property, and is a huge differentiator in listing appointments. There’s nothing like this out there for real estate and it has completely changed my business!!!
